That’s why this week, we’re featuring four Zappos employees on the home page along with their picks for colorful running shoes. We think there’s no reason why you can’t look good while putting in those miles every day! Running is just more fun with cool running shoes, right?

In the world of men’s footwear, Rockadelic shakes things up by infusing a healthy dose of rock and roll into timeless shoe designs. On day 2 of our spring shoot, we headed to the beaches of beautiful Manuel Antonio in Puerto Quepos. Our first location was a little bit of a hike, but it was well worth it. The payoff was this gorgeous secluded beach at the end of the trail called Playa Biesanz. It was so peaceful and we highly recommend it for a nice morning hike and even a beachside jog along the lovely cove.

We then headed out to the main beach which is a bit more of a tourist spot. The streets are lined with lots of shops, restaurants and bars, making Manuel Antionio Beach the perfect spot to spend an entire day. You can even learn how to surf with one of the many surf instructors lining the beach.

To top it all off, the sunsets on this side of Costa Rica are definitely picture perfect!
