Need to get it going?

Well then, there is a reason that the word "motion" is part of the word "emotion", so maybe it's time to put a
little emotion in...it's a great way to spark some motion, and get the ball rolling.

Because most things that get our emotions flowing, in turn, gets some motion flowing in our lives.

And one of the most powerful emotions is passion.

So if you are at a stand still, putting some emotion of passion into
it, should do the trick.

Have you ever noticed...

That the one thing or the many things that bug us, only do so when we
are in a bad mood?

That's because, we have allowed ourselves to be in a bad mood, and what
we then see, or pick up on, is simply in alignment with our thoughts
or emotion.

What we think about and how we think, actually becomes a magnet of what
we see, as it is what we are focusing on. We are simply satisfying our reality of what is in our heads.

Thinking
poorly begets things that justify our thinking, and in thinking
positively, we see the positive around us.

So if things keep bugging us, we need to change our thinking and they
will "go away".

The chain of Command...

Usually brings about a chain of emotion.

Focusing on what an employee does wrong, instead of what they do right,
begets the employee focusing on what others are doing wrong, instead of
what they are doing right.

Empowering an employee for their talents and skills, translates to the
employee empowering others for their talents and skills.

And in each case, the chain of emotion, mirrors the chain of command.

Smell and Dreams?

Yes there is a correlation between the types of dreams we have, and
smell.

Studies were conducted where a rose scent was administered, and it resulted
in dreams that were "tinted" as pleasant, where as a sulfuric scent of
rotten eggs, resulted in dreams that were "colored" negatively.

The understanding was that smells and odors influenced dreams through
emotion, rather than through the direct incorporation of smells.

That is because smell and emotion are in the same part of the brain,
the limbic system and there is a link between this system and the
sleep centers of the brain.

So it may be wise to have some nice smelling items around our bed or bedroom
that will give us the pleasant dreams and sleep we all like to have.

Many of us...

Are in an experience or a moment and we spoil it, by reaching or
wanting for the the next experience or moment.

That is because when we are physically in the present...sometimes our minds are
not.

Understanding that when we look back at our lives, it is the
experiences and moments that make up our past, and in order to have a
past worth remembering, we must not spoil what is in our present.

So let's settle down a bit and enjoy what we are doing in the present,
relish the accomplishments we have created, and we will have pure
memories that can we can look back on with sweet emotion...in the
future.
