Day 905

Between birth and death...

Is life...and is the time for living.

We're talking about really living, not just being alive.

We have the ability to choose what we want to do, and how we want to do
it, and at one end of the scale, we can just drudge along or on the
other end we can be totally excited in all that we do.

It is really up to us on how we spend our time living.

We don't always have to "red line" at the totally excited range, but
then again, we don't have to drudge along, from day to day
either...somewhere in the middle, at a minimum is a solid plan.

Ever get Excited...

And it seems to come out of nowhere??

Take it and run with it - without hesitation!

Many times we go cruising along, from day to day and week to week, just
going about our business and only getting excited occasionally, because
we are focused on what's in front of us and not what's around us.

Take it all in...what's around, us and the great opportunities which
lie in our future - let's get out of our heads for a bit...because when we take it all in...our excitement will build.

So when we are having one of those days that seem to come out of nowhere, it has probably come from our recent reflection on our grateful thoughts, and our positive outlook.

I'm so excited...

I have goose bumps all over just thinking about all the great things
and possibilities that await each and everyone of us in the future!

I couldn't have more chills and goose bumps with an ice bath!

I know you feel the same way, when you really, I mean really take the
time to think about YOUR future and what awaits YOU.

Bored?

Yes, we all can be...but the common thread in boredom is that we don't
really have something to look forward to or get excited about.

Many of us, go day to day and month to month doing the same thing,
work, eat, sleep and handling challenges, and after a while, there
seems to be no point.

But when we have something to look forward to, which is always our
choice to figure out what that would be, we can get excited about our
life and cut the routine of boredom.

Simply understanding that we all have to work, eat and sleep and it's
all just part of life and focusing on what we can get excited about, is
what will make our lives worth living.
