For some reason, Jim Biggs,

Just knew he was going to have a bad time at his favorite restaurant...sure enough, he was right.

They were playing the music he didn't like, the table was dirty, the
service was terrible, and the food didn't taste as good as usual.

For some reason, a couple weeks later, he wanted to go back...he just
felt like he would really enjoy his favorite restaurant...and he was
right, again.

They were playing the music he hadn't heard in a long time, and it
reminded him of his youth, he didn't really notice if the table was
clean or not, as he focused on the beautiful single yellow rose placed
perfectly in the middle. The service was no better than before, but the
anticipation of his favorite meal overtook his attention...and the food
was the best he's tasted in a very long time.

Ever get Excited...

And it seems to come out of nowhere??

Take it and run with it - without hesitation!

Many times we go cruising along, from day to day and week to week, just
going about our business and only getting excited occasionally, because
we are focused on what's in front of us and not what's around us.

Take it all in...what's around, us and the great opportunities which
lie in our future - let's get out of our heads for a bit...because when we take it all in...our excitement will build.

So when we are having one of those days that seem to come out of nowhere, it has probably come from our recent reflection on our grateful thoughts, and our positive outlook.

Ever walked into...

A candy store, and got super excited by all the different choices of
treats, and stoked about the ones that you haven't seen in a while?

Our lives are filled with the same amazing array of choices, even more,
and sometimes we don't see the choices all of the choices because we
are focused on only a few.

Just like a candy store, we need to be mindful to look around and take
in all of the choices that are offered to us, there is always one that
will always satisfy what needs to be satisfied.
