Happy New Year!

This Year will be the greatest ever, when we have our thoughts aligned
accordingly.

And for those of us that need to streamline a few things, we may have
to change some habits.

It's really all about relationships...and this could be a great time to
"break up" with some bad habits.

Doing it all at once, or bit by bit over time, it is our choice and we
may need to work our plan...but deselecting some of our relationships
with bad habits can really free us up and allow our life to prosper and
expand.

After all - every relationship we have with our daily habits, doesn't
have to stay committed.

If we don't feed something...

It will wither away.

That's the case with our thoughts and habits that we don't want.

Changing our thoughts and habits from what we don't want, and replacing
them with what we do want, will be feeding what we want, and starving
what we don't want.

And over time, what we don't want, will soon cease to be.

Changing Eating Habits?

There have been many people changing their eating habits and a common
challenge is that they seem to be very focused on MORE of what they
should eat and not on eating LESS.

Eating more often can help keep your digestion running smoothly by
increasing your metabolism and not being overloaded at any given time
which slows things down.

Many have been eating more often to achieve the increased metabolism,
but do not substantially cut down on the amount.

We can think of it this way...if you want a fire to burn hot and clean,
you add a little bit of wood at a time, when the fire slows down, and
not dumping on piles of wood on a consistent basis, as that would only
smother and choke the fire...slowing the burn down to a smoky mess.
