When I was a kid...

All pools weren't concrete and plaster.

I grew up with blowups, metal walled and dough boys, and the game was
to "Blow the water out of the pool", as much as possible, the more the
better.

We did "cannon balls', "watermelons", even the "Pittsburgh plunge" and
an occasional "wagon wheel whip"...and the winner was the one who got
the most people standing around...wet.

Well, time moves on, and I bet this weekend, we can all do what we do best, with our family and friends.

Will it be our mad cooking skills, unparalleled guitar hero genius,
world class card shark abilities, or just our inherent talent of
attempting to hit a golf ball.

Whatever it is, let's plan on getting some folks wet.

Happy 10 Year Anniversary...

Zappos!!!

Today is the day, 10 years to the day, as a matter of fact!

A great example of what can happen in 10 years...which all started with one thought.

But 10 years old? Heck, we're still a kid, with a lot of growing, creating and learning to do...which is the beauty of it.

Thank you Zappos and it's Team for the inspiration of what can be
created by just one thought, followed by one decision and one action at
a time...yes, anything is possible.

Sharing is...

Caring.

He's right - and we innately learned it when we were kids - you
remember - when you cared about someone - you shared, and when you
didn't - they got nothing.

But as we grow older, we also begin to understand that sharing is just
a great thing to do - no matter what we have, or who the other person
is...because as adults, we know something that we didn't know as a
kid...we can always get more of what we share, and when we share
first, it opens the spirit of caring.
