When Leadership is diluted...

Vision suffers.

Or is it:

When Vision is diluted...Leadership suffers.

I'm thinking, both statements are as true as the sky.

Vision and Leadership go hand in hand, and one cannot stand alone.

Be the Leader of your Vision...

You can do it all...

Just not all at once.

That was the Brilliant phrase our own Esteemed Amara brought back from
the Leadership Workshop - to keep the vocabulary of her team "Top
Notch".

And the phrase really is empowering, when you stop to think a bit.

Because we Can do it all, it's just that many times we get our heads
too full, and try to do it all at once, which leads to discouragement
and sometimes, giving up altogether.

But when we remember, we can do it all, "just not all at once" sure is
an assuring piece of information - to have us keep working our plan.

Veterans Day!

We usually don't blog on National Holidays, yet this Holiday is well deserved.

A Sincere Thank You to all the Veterans and current military personnel
that have protected and are protecting this Great Nation, where we are
all one - no matter where we have come from.

And an apology is also due...apologizing for the greedy few that have
"mucked" up the Nation, which you all have worked so hard to protect.

We now have your back, we are buckling up and will pull together as a
Nation of Unity, to bring back the liberties and quality of life that
you have allowed us to enjoy for so many years.

It is your Leadership and your Example that will be our guide...to bring back what you have created and fought for.

I wouldn't bet against us.

Leadership

The world is in need of Leaders to demonstrate Leadership, and virtually
everyone can rise to the occasion - and stay there.

"Demonstrating" Leadership skills is the key factor.

One cannot be a Leader without demonstrating leadership skills...and
being a Leader means you are "in the process". A leader cannot be
outside what's going on, and tell people what to do - that's management.

A good litmus test in our ability to Lead is to ask this question - "
Does our Leadership meet resistance or greet persistence"? - If it
meets resistance - we are not involved enough, and all the dictating,
reprimanding and raising our voice will not solve the challenge.

Be a Leader and get involved in the process, and be the role model you
were meant to be.
