Going to the "Next Level" and not...

Taking a step?

That would be pretty nice, but regretfully, moving forward or to the
"Next Level" takes a bit of effort...and definitely includes taking a
step or steps.

So understanding that every move forward, or up, needs to include a
step or steps, is the first "step" in getting there.

But occasionally we have a plan or intentions to get somewhere, while
we stay motionless, and that's OK if we need to take a breather, but we
need to get back to "stepping" as soon as we are refreshed.

Because we can't get somewhere when we don't move.

Maybe the most under rated system...

In our body is the Lymph system? Could be.

Not a lot of people know that is is as big as our circulatory system -
but since it has no pump, like the heart, it doesn't get much
recognition.

But it sure is important. There are so many organs and systems in our
body that produce waste and by-products and they don't just
evaporate - they are carried away by the lymph system.

The only challenge, since there is no pump, this system can only work
through movement of the body and muscles to help carry things away - so
if we don't move or exercise - the waste and by-products, stay
put...backing up our bodies and creating a "toxic situation" that can
breed other challenges.

Cats don't move much - but they stretch a lot...so if we aren't moving
the way we need to - maybe do what cats do...it's the next best things
to get things moving;

What's Clouding your...

Decision?

From time to time, we fail to "pull the trigger" when it becomes to important things with in our lives.

Do we make the move? Is now the right time? Will it it backfire on me, instead of making progress which is intended?

Remember, "No decision is a decision". So we can always stay put...for
a while, or reassess things, to assure a better chance of a positive
outcome - but if we want to get going, we can't do nothing...for long.
