Whatever happens...

Control the outcome?

Yet since the only thing we control is ourselves, maybe we can be a bit
more specific and say...control the outcome and how it effects us.

Want to control the outcome in the stock market and not have it effect
us? Don't play.

Want to control the outcome of our friends that keep borrowing money? Don't lend.

Want to control the outcome and have everything to go smoothly? It
won't...so we go smoothly.

Any game we choose to be in, contains inherent risks, and if we want to
control the outcome, stay out of the game, otherwise the outcome will
effect us, one way or another - but sometimes the risk is worth the
reward.

You can take a Successful Person...

In any business, put them in charge of a different business and
they will most likely become a success there too.

AND, you can take someone that has run a business into the ground, put
them in charge of a different business and they will probably run that
one into the ground.

That is because people seem to make the same choices in similar
situations which elicit the same outcome. We've all heard the "A tiger
never changes it's stripes"...well, the same goes with people...yet
people CAN change...but seldom do.

In setting up our...

Deal, we want the best, so we usually set up our structure to reap the
best outcome, whether it be in our personal lives or business.

"The best last year, was last years best".

In understanding this important concept, we must take some time out to
re-structure what needs to be re-structured within our lives and
business.

After all, if we want the best outcome for our future, we must not rely
on what worked in the past.

Immediate Gratification?

As our society "progresses", many things within our lives have become
faster, and the results or outcome are realized much more quickly.

From cooking for hours to the microwave is a perfect example, instead of waiting, we get our meal in seconds.

Computers have also cut the time of research to a quick Google search
to find what we are looking for, instead of laboring through
encyclopedias and books.

It's been called the "McDonald's Factor" - getting something now, with
very little waiting involved, and we have been accustomed and "trained"
to expect "Immediate Gratification" - Fantastic!

In the same vain, just remember - We never have to wait one single minute to enjoy the moment.
