Communication is Key

Ever reached out to someone and they don't get back to you?

It kind of holds up what you reached out for...and also kind of
"smacks" of, "You don't matter", right?

And that kind of message is not the best one to ever receive.

We have handled that challenge here at Zappos and make every possible
effort to have "same day" responses...and a 24 hour maximum.

That's just another way we are lending a helping hand for the progress
of
others, getting things done and making people feel like they matter,
because they do.

The Young, trade most...

Of their time for money.

And the old, trade most of their money for time.

Interesting how things work...maybe, in knowing this, we can start to
keep things balanced as our lives progress.

And in doing so, we can enjoy the things that are free along the way.
