Day 849

Funny thing happened yesterday.

A good friend Rex, let me know how much he liked the blogs, and he said
that yesterdays blog "seemed as much about great advice for the
audience as it does for a message to myself, (and what is going through
my thought processes now)". And Steve has also mentioned this in the past.

Then a great employee here, Mike, came in and said "Man, you wrote
todays blog just for me, I have some decisions to make and the blog
really hit home. It seems like 70% to 80% of the blogs seems to be
directed straight at me".

2 different perspectives, from one blog?

As we have talked about before, it's all about perspective.

And who's to say who they are written for, as long as they hit home for all of us, when the timing is right.

Did you know...

One of the greatest secrets in life is having both wisdom and patience?

They go together splendidly.

One can be wise and full of knowledge without a lot of common sense -
as seen in the "absent minded professor".

Or one can have patience without wisdom, and it won't get them very far.

But Wisdom coupled with Patience is the perfect match...by allowing you
to know what to do, and when to do it.

And we've all heard before - "Timing is Everything".

Fix it...

Or Patch it?

Some things work out great with either...but usually depends upon
timing.

Occasionally we need a quick patch to keep us going, for a short bit,
because stopping to fix it may take us out of the game and could bring
about some unwanted results.

And other times, a patch just won't let us keep going...for as long as
we need.

So in our lives, we can fix things or patch things, and just knowing
that fixing things in the long run, is our best bet - because
continuing to live on patches, will eventually lead to a blow out.
