Sometimes we get "traumatized"...
But somehow attracted?
What's with that?
It is the very reason that we do the same thing, over and over, that
isn't too good for us.
To break the cycle, we need to figure out what the attraction is all
about.
Is the attraction because we get some excitement out of it? Is it
because it gets our adrenaline flowing, or we just like to be
"traumatized"?
Once we figure that one out, we can see if we can replace what we get
out of being "traumatized", and replace it with something that is a bit
better for us.
