There is no such thing as a...

Waste of time.

There may be times, we may rather be doing something else, but we also
have the choice to use our time, when we would rather be doing
something else, wisely.

Just because our body may be somewhere, doesn't mean our minds need to
there too.

Standing in line or stuck in traffic? Perfect time to think good
thoughts of others, making plans or just reflecting on past good times
and having a laugh.

Holiday party at the relative who's not anyone's favorite? Great time
to enjoy some food and drink and be amused at the arguing.

So whenever you think what your doing is a waste of time - just do
something you like to do while your doing what you don't want.

Having a challenge...

Slowing down? Maybe we just need to change our focus a bit.

The world keeps on going around and around, so it's up to us to find
the places where we can take a break from it all and "get whole".

What most consider a waste of time, could be our perfect haven.

Lines, airports, flying, driving, and waiting for the doctor can be
excellent times for all of us to breathe a little deeper, think about
what we want to think about...and just be ourselves.

There's no need to hurry up those situations - it just gets us back in
the fast pace of life, sooner...so maybe we need to focus on relaxing
instead of being anxious - because one will help...and the other one
won't.

The clock keeps ticking...

Regardless, if we are asleep or awake.

And many of us worry that we are racing against the clock.

We're not advising that we waste time, or think that we have unlimited
time in our lives to what we want. We are just saying that we need not
worry about time, and the clock ticking, when it comes to things that
really matter in our lives.

Take the time for the important things, for we are trading our time for
importance, which always has the best outcome.

The only thing we need to worry about is when the clock stops.
