Overwhelmed?

Well, the feeling usually comes when we are not in balance.

Doing too much of one thing, or many things, and not doing enough for
ourselves to get our batteries charged - and to get "whole" is usually
the culprit.

Focusing is a great thing, in the short term, but focusing on something
too long, can make our view...get a bit fuzzy.

We just need to "air it out" and take some breaks along our journey to
properly balance out...making us much more likely to complete the
journey we've started.

Maybe our mantra should be: "I am so balanced, I should be walking on a high wire".

And in doing so - we are reminded to balance along the way.

Having a challenge...

Slowing down? Maybe we just need to change our focus a bit.

The world keeps on going around and around, so it's up to us to find
the places where we can take a break from it all and "get whole".

What most consider a waste of time, could be our perfect haven.

Lines, airports, flying, driving, and waiting for the doctor can be
excellent times for all of us to breathe a little deeper, think about
what we want to think about...and just be ourselves.

There's no need to hurry up those situations - it just gets us back in
the fast pace of life, sooner...so maybe we need to focus on relaxing
instead of being anxious - because one will help...and the other one
won't.

Heidi Klum?

She may be a super model, and just maybe it's because of her super
outlook.

Check this out:

"The key to where I am today is that I make the most out of everything".

Being the eternal optimist makes her a super successful Mom, wife,
woman and as a whole, makes her a beautiful person.

"What I do, from the inside out, is motivate myself, pick out my goal
and then follow my dream, and keep going".

Who would figure, that she has a plan for success...it looks as though
it worked for her, and it will sure work for us.
