There is only one...True Success.

And that is to spend your life, in your own way.

Sound corny or unreachable? Maybe at first, but what is means, is that
we first align ourselves with our passion.

That's the stumble point for most: "How can I make a living lying on
the couch, or playing video games, or just hanging out?"

The second part clarifies: we then align our passion with a beneficial
Vision, other than ourselves...like having your passion helping out
individuals, pets, the world - just pick it.

Once we are aligned with our passion "plus" our Vision, we will be
spending our life...our way...while helping others.

Time...

Is the one thing we can't buy more of.

In our life time, we have a finite period of time...and most of
us have no idea of how much time we really have.

Since we can't ever buy more time, maybe we should be spending it
wisely.

Ray Kroc...

Drove an ambulance in World War 1.

He also tried his hand at selling paper cups and then sold the
multi-mixer for making milkshakes to Dick and Mac McDonald.

He never stood in line for a hamburger and was intrigued by the idea
that a restaurant could sell 40 milkshakes at a time

The McDonald brothers offered the business to their children, but they
didn't want it.

Ray Kroc decided to buy a franchise, and then bought out the McDonald
brothers for 1 million dollars each.

The rest is History - and now is the #1 fast food chain in the world.

No goal is too hard...

To attain, when we persevere.

Yes, virtually anything can be achieved over time.

This is what we must be mindful of, when we set out our goals.

Not only must we stick with our goal, in order to attain it, but we
must keep in mind to carve out the time needed to reach our goal, even
if it takes longer than originally thought, or planned for.

Persistence is key, for many of us give up when the end is near,
because we didn't plan for enough time, and in knowing this, we can
attain just about anything we set out to do.

Tired of the...

Same old thing?

Maybe and maybe not...but if you are, maybe it's time to change things
up?

It would be nice to have someone come by and ask us what we would like
changed, and do it for us...but I don't know what those people are
called, or where to find them...so it's probably not the best game
plan...waiting for them to come by.

Changing things up ourselves, if we want change, is probably the best
bet.

We just need to identify what we want changed, and pick what we want it
to be changed to, and bingo! We change what we want changed...and
it's what we want!

Or we can keep complaining about the same old thing.

Think too much?

Some of us do, and that's why we just need to get "out of our heads"
once in a while and let things flow...and relish the moments.

What make us different from other species is our unique cognitive
abilities of "thought" which allows us to process information and
intellectualize.

It's quite useful for opening a jar, typing on the computer or even
understanding complex tasks, things a dog simply isn't equipped to do.

But as we continually think, some of the beauty of the moments slip by,
that's why dogs may have it a bit better, in that department.

Remember, as Cesar Millan, the dog whisperer says, "a dog does not
intellectualize, she just accepts and enjoys what the world gives her".

At what age...

Did we take our pictures down?

I bet, we can all remember back when we were young...we put posters and pictures up in our bedrooms of our hero's.

We would gaze at them at night, and we would awaken, and dream of what
it would be like if we were our hero's...how our life would change, and
how we would better the world...being them.

Maybe it's time we put up some pictures, like we did in our youth?

They guided us then, and the could very well, guide us now.

There is no such thing as a...

Waste of time.

There may be times, we may rather be doing something else, but we also
have the choice to use our time, when we would rather be doing
something else, wisely.

Just because our body may be somewhere, doesn't mean our minds need to
there too.

Standing in line or stuck in traffic? Perfect time to think good
thoughts of others, making plans or just reflecting on past good times
and having a laugh.

Holiday party at the relative who's not anyone's favorite? Great time
to enjoy some food and drink and be amused at the arguing.

So whenever you think what your doing is a waste of time - just do
something you like to do while your doing what you don't want.

There are things that...

Disturb us, let's not kid ourselves.

And they usually do so, when we allow our thoughts to become a tad less
than positive...when confronted with challenges in our lives.

But things happen, that's life...

So when things do disturb us, we can:

1. Get more positive and get past it.
2. Spin it and Win it...into a Positive, a Lesson or an Opportunity.
3. Or put it in out "No Drama Box".

Whatever we choose to do, the main point is that we "get over it", and
go
about our business.

The choices we make today...

Will usually affect tomorrow.

Some of us would probably not like it to be that way.

But the reality of it is...our lives are all made by our choices and
they play out in our future.

That being true, good choices will bring us good, and bad choices will
bring us bad... tomorrow and in our future.

So it's really up to us and our choices, that will play out, far past
when they are made.

Somebody call the Cops...

I think we have a breakout!

And I'm thinking it's...YOU!

You recently had some thoughts about taking it to the "Next Level", eh?

That's what I thought, and am not surprised...that's like you!

You always amaze me, but this time you really hit a home run!

I don't want to keep you, as you have some "Next Leveling" to do, but
just wanted to say:

Congratulations, I'm proud of YOU!

Overwhelmed?

Well, the feeling usually comes when we are not in balance.

Doing too much of one thing, or many things, and not doing enough for
ourselves to get our batteries charged - and to get "whole" is usually
the culprit.

Focusing is a great thing, in the short term, but focusing on something
too long, can make our view...get a bit fuzzy.

We just need to "air it out" and take some breaks along our journey to
properly balance out...making us much more likely to complete the
journey we've started.

Maybe our mantra should be: "I am so balanced, I should be walking on a high wire".

And in doing so - we are reminded to balance along the way.

Many times we...

Compare our "worst" to everyone's "best".

We just want to see how we stack up against the competition, nothing
wrong with that.

But in doing so, we sometimes set ourselves up for failure, if we don't
think
about all the things we are good at.

We can't be good at everything and there are many people that are
smarter, stronger, faster, and healthier, but it doesn't mean that we
don't have just as many good things about us, as all the rest.

So when we size ourselves up to others, we just need to stay mindful of
the qualities we possess, in order to keep things in perspective.

Just because someone...

Says "No" to you.

Doesn't mean you have to say "No" to yourself!

We have all experienced more "No's" in our lifetime than we would like
to admit, and when you really think about it, they usually have come
from someone not really understanding us, or what we were asking.

And the one who accepts the "No", is really saying "No" to themselves,
which is a shame, because it didn't even come from them.

So always remember, no matter who says "No" to you, never say "No" to
yourself...it's just not right.

If we lack the courage to start...

We have already finished.

Thinking back, we may be able to recall what we have never started, but
wanted to, and what we never started...lies in the "bone pile".

We can always resurrect what we have wanted to do, by making a plan to
get it going.

What usually stops us from starting is our excuses and our focus on
what can go wrong or the road blocks that may get in the way.

But with a little courage, we can focus on the result and the
anticipated benefits and outcome, once we do begin.

Otherwise - if we don't start...we are already finished.
