When the weather gets warmer, a buzzer seems to go off in everyone and suddenly everyone wants to leave work early, sit outside somewhere and sip cocktails. The easiest thing for women to wear in warm weather are cocktail dresses. Coincidence? I think not. This one by Jean Paul Gautier is supercute – the ruffles and beading dress it up, but the soft lilac makes it casual enough to wear with flip flops.
