Ladies, rev up your going out engines. Slim dark demin jeans, a ruffled collar halter silk shirt and peep-toe pumps. Which bag should you choose? Should it be the trend-on Carlos Falchi exotic skin bag or the vivid-hued red Alexander McQueen one? The Couture Team wants to know.

The shininess of the red bag makes it a winner. With the contrast of denim and ruffled silk, the bag needs a different texture. The color of the blue bag is good, but it's too gathered and poofy to carry with a ruffled silk shirt. The red bag has a slick hard edge that will make that outfit work.

I personally love the McQueen. This is one of my favs and more my style. I like bags that speak for themselves and this one does. I do like Carlos Falchi bags, but I think if he is using exotic skins, he should stick to more muted colors that show how beautiful the skins are. Blue is just not a good color for animal skins.
