Givenchy, a company that sells several different products, including its luxury shoes on Couture.zappos.com, is celebrating its 50th anniversary and it’s pulling out all the stops. For one, they have the newly signed Justin Timberlake to promote their newest men’s fragrance (as reported here in an earlier blog), and secondly, they’re relaunching 10 of their classic scents.
This October, the LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton-owned beauty brand will globally launch Les Parfums Mythiques, a collection of six women's scents and four men's fragrances, some of which had been discontinued. One scent that will be making a comeback is L'Interdit (Forbidden, in English), a floral parfum that was originally created for Audrey Hepburn in 1957.
As for their divine shoes, we here at Couture love the metallic strappy platform sandals, the open-toed almost booties with buckle detail and those peep-toe pumps with Givenchy's signature "G" all over. Perfection!
