I order 2 days ago 9/26/2011 and until now nobody I talked from zappos has been able to give me a date for delivery as the order was placed during their system upgrade. Oops my fault it seems. Where in the website they said so? Why they took my money if the system was down? How come other sites are able to upgrade without these issues? When I asked what is their company policy for these incidents nobody was able to give me an answer. So they are not prepare for this and the customer has to take it! So yes, they are funny and chat with you for some time but they are not able to solve your issues. The big problem for the customer is: are they upgrading today? Better if they publish on their website their software release schedule.

I am so surprised at Zappos. My husband apparently ordered gifts for my birthday back on Sept 14th. My birthday came and went on the 24th and today is the 29th and the order containing my gifts still hasn't arrived. It was my husbands first time using Zappos and I've told him this has never happened to me before (I have used Zappos probably 100+ times lol) but he is furious and refuses to use them again. Ugh, so much for my Christmas wishlist :-(
