The supermodel who has it all has decided to take on one more thing - her husband Seal's last name. Nearly four years after they wed, Heidi Klum has filed a petition to changer her last name from Klum to Samuel (Seal's official last name). It's a good thing tradition only calls for taking the last name - *Seal*'s full name is Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel! Klum, 36, is due with her fourth child, a girl, later this month. Including the new arrival, she and Seal have three children. Seal, 46, is also the adoptive father of her daughter Leni, age 5.

It's always good when you can laugh at yourself - or, at least, let other people do it for you. Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt are allegedly okay with the fact that "Wishful Drinking" - a Broadway play starring Carrie Fisher - closely mimics their own contentious split. Fisher claims the play is actually autobiographical, and was written about her father's split with her mother, Debbie Reynolds, for Elizabeth Taylor. However, when Fisher realized how closely it resembled Pitt and Aniston's situation, she was sure to check with Pitt to make sure he wouldn't be offended.

The Jon & Kate Plus 8 train gets further and further off track every day and this week is no exception. It's been a busy one - Jon was fired by TLC from Jon & Kate Plus 8 due to his womanizing and erratic behavior in recent weeks. He immediately initiated legal action to stop filming of the show at the family home until the matter could go to Court. Jon, who has previously said the show was not harmful to the kids, decided that it was harmful as soon as he was cut out. According to Kate, who appeared distraught in a television appearance, he then withdrew all but $1,000.00 from their joint account of $231,000.00 - leaving her without enough money to pay the bills. She also said the children screamed and cried when she told them the show would not be filming anymore. Apparently, Jon Gosselin hasn't much forethought. Without the show, he has eight children to support and no job.

The former girlfriend of Hugh Hefner, Holly Madison, has quit her editor job at Playboy. Madison wrote on her MySpace page that she "quit for several reasons." She went on to say, "It got to be routine, which was sad for me, since I was initially so passionate about the job and the creative aspects involved." She also stated that working with her ex was "awkward." Holly has now moved to Las Vegas to be with her boyfriend Criss Angel and also said the job at Playboy didn't pay that much to commute to Los Angeles all the time. I can't see that a Playboy editor wouldn't be a high paying job. I don't blame Holly for not wanting to work for Hefner anymore, but I think the awkward reason is the real reason why she quit.

Carrie Ann Inaba, who is one of the judges on Dancing With the Stars, has broken up with her boyfriend of two years, Artem Chigvintsev. One of this year's leading Oscar contenders is The Curious Tale of Benjamin Button, a heart-wrenching story that spans 80 years. While the film's chronology is explicitly bracketed by 1918 and Hurricane Katrina, large swathes of the film rely on passing historical references, music and, of course, fashion, to help the audience get its bearings. Jacqueline West is the lead designer on the film, and some of her costume sketches and early test photos are available on the film's web site.

West's costumes don't just help the audience locate moments of the film in time; they help to delineate character by emphasizing class, age (a constantly shifting ground between body and mind in the narrative) and occupation. One key dress even had its vibrant red enhanced electronically after filming to make it the centerpiece of a highly charged moment of romance and desire.

While all of the film's period clothes are delightful, perhaps the most interesting work comes in the costumes worn by Benjamin and Daisy. West has not just had to reflect decades of fashion evolution but also the evolution of personal style. Body conscious clothes for the adult Daisy who retains the sensibilities of a dancer even once she can no longer perform is just one key example, while blue remains a dominant color in Benjamin's wardrobe even after he is no longer wearing the peacoat emblematic of his service aboard a tugboat drafted into WWII.

Where the movie's costume design really succeeds is in the degree to which is makes sure its clothes looked lived in as opposed to costume-like. It's easy to imagine pieces in various character wardrobes as a favorite sweater or a dress worn so much it is no longer retaining its shape quite right. Even a series of pajama and robe ensembles worn by Elizabeth, while looking expensive, also look slept it.

West could be a major contender for an Oscar for her costume design. While it's less showy than the ornate work of a film like The Duchess, the tasks it was charged with in the film are, in some ways, more challenging, especially when the modern eye understands most of the clothes shown on screen. Certainly, it's a fantastic study in the vocabulary of wardrobe.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association officially votes on the awards given out annually at the Golden Globes. Unofficially, though, the ceremony is known as the first celebrity fashion show of the year. And 2009 definitely demonstrated the stars' abilities to deck themselves in their classiest clothes.

Among those with fashion-to-die-for: Kate Winslet, who looked sleekly chic in her perfectly fitted black gown (Stefano Pilati at Yves Saint Laurent). The only detraction: bonny Kate tended to tug at the top of her strapless dress. Demi Moore, attired in a white Dior that contrasted beautifully with her hair, continues to appear about three decades younger than she is.

And although she and Brad snubbed Ryan Seacrest, Versace-clad Angelina Jolie looked every inch the star in a draped gown. Special mention must go to Drew Barrymore, whose exquisitely fitted blue gown deservedly drew gasps of appreciation as she paraded down the red carpet. From her perfectly coiffed hair to her demurely clad shoes, Drew shone like a real star.

It almost seems cruel to comment on some of the truly bad fashion that showed up for the Golden Globes ... but it's irresistible. Standing out among the worst: Renee Zellweger, who for some inexplicable reason (temporary insanity?) decided to slip into a solid white bra beneath her sheer black gown. Huh? Another pitiful failure: Rumer Willis, who wore a badly fitting dress that looked as if it came from a yard sale (hint to Demi: please give your daughter a lesson in fashion!).

Then there's Maggie Gyllenhaal, a lovely girl who seems to have an unfortunate fondness for fashion errors. She began 2009 with her traditional lack of style by choosing a very peculiar print that had this volcanic eruption of fabric on her shoulder. Could someone please call in the fashion police for this hapless celebrity?

Last but not least: don't men have fashion advisors anymore? The ones on parade at the Golden Globes certainly didn't seem to. The one exception: youthful-yet-dapper Zac Efron, who chose a sophisticated tux-and-tie combo, which surely caused more than one young girl to sigh with envy at Zac's gal pal Vanessa Hudgens (whose gorgeous gown's elegance matched her boyfriend's charm).

Jennifer Aniston can be happy about one thing this holiday season. Her movie, Marley and Me, beat out her ex-husband Brad Pitt's movie, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button at the box office on Christmas day. Both of the movies opened on Christmas day and Variety reported that it was Aniston's movie that won the day at the theater. In fact, according to the numbers, Marley and Me was the best opening of a movie on Christmas day. At least she can have something to brag about against Brad now.

So, who would singer Taylor Swift's dream date be? Well it would be none other than Gossip Girls Chace Crawford. Swift tells some other secrets in current issue of Your Prom magazine. She opens up about her song writing and how she was a late bloomer. I'm sure there are tons of guys out there who can't believe that Taylor was a late bloomer in the relationship department. And if Chace Crawford sees that he is Taylor's dream date, who knows, we may just have another celebrity couple to talk about.

According to In Touch magazine, Matthew McConaughey is ready for another baby. His son, Levi is only six months old, but a source claims that Matthew wants to have more babies. On the other hand, his girlfriend, Camila Alves is "taking it one day at a time," and seems to be in no hurry to have another baby anytime soon. Isn't this like men though? The woman is the one that has to go through labor and carry the baby for 9 months, and the guy just wants more and more babies. Of course, with the way these two look, they probably should have more babies and fill the world with more beautiful children!

William Balfour, Jennifer Hudson's estranged brother-in-law, has been arrested and formally charged for the murders of Hudson's mom, brother and little nephew. Balfour is separated from Jennifer's sister and has a violent past. He has served prison time for car hijacking and attempted murder. He is currently in state prison due to parole violations. Balfour was taken back into police custody to be formally arrested for the Hudson family murders. According to a statement from Balfour's attorney, he "did not commit these crimes." Hopefully this whole situation to can be put to a rest and justice will be served so that the rest of the Hudson family can let the deceased rest in peace.

Everybody thinks that Angelina Jolie is the perfect woman. Well, after hearing Brad Pitt dish a little about Jolie, it came to light that she is missing one thing: culinary skills. According to Brad Pitt, the best thing that Angelina has ever prepared for him is "cereal." But I guess if you are millionaires, you really don't need cooking skills, because you can hire whatever private chef you want. The actor also goes on to say that that the couple is not shy about eating new things, although they are both really not good at cooking. They have feasted on crickets in Cambodia and goat in Ethiopia. Could you picture the perfect couple sitting there eating crickets together? It's just hard for me to imagine.

Fans of Taylor Swift have most likely heard her song, "Hey Stephen," off her Fearless album and know that Swift only writes about real people from her life. Certain sources say that this song is actually written about Stephen Barker Liles, who is in the country band Love and Theft. Swift and Liles met backstage at an event back in 2007, and the band has also opened shows for Taylor Swift. They never dated and according to Swift the song was written about a simple crush that she had at the time. According to Liles, they are good friends now. Maybe this will develop into more, now that the Jonas Brother is out of the way?

The television show How I Met Your Mother is opening up its doors to reality television stars. Comedian Adam Sandler and his wife, Jackie, welcomed their second daughter into the world. Sunny Madeline was born on November 2. Sandler wrote on his web site, "Everyone is happy and healthy." The couple already has one daughter, Sadie, who was born in 2006. The couple has been married since 2003. Can you imagine having Adam Sandler as a father? I just think that it would be so hard to take him seriously as a father. Who knows? He's probably a really good father, and I wish the family the best.

According to Jennifer Aniston's interview in the December issue of Vogue, Jennifer and her mother, Nancy, are slowing reconciling after years of estrangement. Aniston told the magazine that they first started talking again when Aniston went through her breakup with Brad Pitt in 2005. Aniston's states that her mother "has changed," and that "she's humbled with age." The past estrangement from her mother stemmed from a interview that her mother gave to a tabloid television show, and the book that she wrote, From Mother and Daughter to Friends: A Memoir, which was about Jennifer's and Nancy's relationship. I think it's a great thing when a mother and daughter can be brought back together, because a mother-daughter relationship is a bond that everybody needs.

Singer Amy Winehouse was hospitalized once again this past weekend to perform more tests on her lungs and chests. Winehouse was last hospitalized back in June of this year with lung problems, but as pictures show, she has not stopped smoking. These tests were done just as a precaution to check how her lungs and chests were. Winehouse's father has admitted that her lungs are diseased due to smoking cigarettes and cocaine. So, if these were just precautionary tests, why was she admitted into the hospital for an overnight stay? Usually, you have tests done and can go home the same day. I think that there is definitely something seriously wrong with Amy Winehouse's health.

The Bachelorette couple Trista and Ryan may be returning to reality television. The couple, which just announced they will be having another child next year, is considering doing another reality television series. This series would focus on their children and their family life. According to Trista, "It's just a matter of whether it fits." So, they had their wedding taped and shown live on TV, do you think she will have her delivery taped live and shown on TV? I sure hope not!

When trying to achieve this celebrity look, make sure that the jeans are not too baggy and that you don't wear them out for a nice evening or date. Boyfriend jeans are for casual strolls around town. Pair them with a gray t-shirt like Reese Witherspoon did and you have a cute and casual day look.

The big celebrity news this week was Morgan Freeman 's car accident in the Mississippi backwoods. From what police officials can tell, Morgan Freeman apparently fell asleep at the wheel and at some point the car went off the road and flipped before landing in a ditch. Morgan Freemen, who can be seen in the summer blockbuster hit, The Dark Knight, had to be freed from the car and its wreckage before being airlifted to a nearby hospital to be treated for a broken arm, broken elbow and shoulder damage. The good news is that at this time, Morgan is doing just fine. The surgery apparently went well and he is recovering as best as can be expected. We wish Morgan a very speedy recovery!

If any two celebrity exes know how to drag out a fight, it's Charlie Sheen and shoe lover Denise Richards . But this time, they're dragging their daughters' pediatrician into the middle of their feud. Apparently, Charlie and Denise disagree on several aspects of their children's lives, and one of those aspects is whether or not their girls, Sam and Lola, should be vaccinated or not. Charlie doesn't agree with vaccinating kids, while Denise thinks vaccinations are absolutely essential. Somehow Denise Richards was able to get her daughters vaccinated without Charlie stopping them. But he did eventually find out! And to retaliate, he decided to pay off his outstanding doctor's bill with a boxful of... nickels. That's right, Charlie Sheen paid off an almost $400 doctor's bill with nickels. If it had been me, I would've gone all the way and just paid it off in pennies.

Angelina Jolie just gave birth, but are she and Brad Pitt gearing up to adopt more kids into their family so soon? According the National Enquirer, they are! The rumor is that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have begun the process to adopt another child from an African country. But they're not stopping there, it looks like they also have plans to adopt a baby from China at some point in the future. That's going to be one full house!

Transformers star Shia LaBeouf just added another notch to his typical young Hollywood star belt - he was busted early Monday morning for a DUI after crashing into another car while attempting to make a left turn. Both he and the driver of the other car were hospitalized but it seems that none of the injuries were very serious. Poor Shia, whatever hopes he had of not falling into typical young Hollywood behavior are quickly disappearing.

Hollywood's hottest twins, Knox and Vivienne, are going to be getting a superstar godfather. And just who is this new godfather? None other than U2's Bono, of course! It seems that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been friends with Bono for a few years and they also just recently spent an entire week after the twin's birth hanging out at one of Bono's houses. Hmm, I wonder if Bono will get some cool shades for the twins.

Talk about embarrassing! Heidi Montag, resident Hills villainess, was at Kitson signing autographs and promoting her new Heidiwood fashion line, which includes sexy dresses and accessories. The surprising thing is that Heidi's clothes were actually selling out! Is Khloe Kardashian going to be this year's Paris Hilton ? Well, it looks like she's going to have to do time for last year's DUI arrest and apparently the judge wants to make an example out of her by making her serve her time. She was originally sentenced to do 30 days, but sources are predicting that she'll probably end up serving less than a day. Ok, so maybe she's not going to be exactly like poor Paris Hilton.

And finally, we've all heard the reports of Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony claiming to want to raise their twin babies, Max and Emme, on their own without the help of nannies. Well it seems that the real reason for that statement is because Jennifer and Marc can't hold onto a nanny to save their lives. Could it be that J-Lo expects too much from the nannies? She apparently wants one nanny to care for both babies and to work 16 hour days, 7 days a week. It seems a bit much considering the fact that she could easily afford a whole fleet of nannies and have them rotate.
