The supermodel who has it all has decided to take on one more thing - her husband Seal's last name. Nearly four years after they wed, Heidi Klum has filed a petition to changer her last name from Klum to Samuel (Seal's official last name). It's a good thing tradition only calls for taking the last name - *Seal*'s full name is Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel! Klum, 36, is due with her fourth child, a girl, later this month. Including the new arrival, she and Seal have three children. Seal, 46, is also the adoptive father of her daughter Leni, age 5.

It's always good when you can laugh at yourself - or, at least, let other people do it for you. Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt are allegedly okay with the fact that "Wishful Drinking" - a Broadway play starring Carrie Fisher - closely mimics their own contentious split. Fisher claims the play is actually autobiographical, and was written about her father's split with her mother, Debbie Reynolds, for Elizabeth Taylor. However, when Fisher realized how closely it resembled Pitt and Aniston's situation, she was sure to check with Pitt to make sure he wouldn't be offended.

The Jon & Kate Plus 8 train gets further and further off track every day and this week is no exception. It's been a busy one - Jon was fired by TLC from Jon & Kate Plus 8 due to his womanizing and erratic behavior in recent weeks. He immediately initiated legal action to stop filming of the show at the family home until the matter could go to Court. Jon, who has previously said the show was not harmful to the kids, decided that it was harmful as soon as he was cut out. According to Kate, who appeared distraught in a television appearance, he then withdrew all but $1,000.00 from their joint account of $231,000.00 - leaving her without enough money to pay the bills. She also said the children screamed and cried when she told them the show would not be filming anymore. Apparently, Jon Gosselin hasn't much forethought. Without the show, he has eight children to support and no job.

Apparently Heidi Klum finally wants to have the same last name as her husband and 3 of her 4 kids. She filed name change documents with the L.A. County Superior Court to have her last name officially changed to Samuel, which is the last name of her husband Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adelo Samuel. The name change will not be official until a judge signs off on it sometime in November. So, will she still go by Heidi Klum as a professional name or will she change everything to Heidi Samuel?

I don't know one woman who would like the fact that their husband cheated on them with their leading lady and then the leading lady proceeded to move into her life. Well, that is what seems to be happening to Brandi Glanville who is the soon-to-be ex-wife of actor Eddie Cibrian. Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes first started their affair when they were both married and filming a Lifetime movie together. Cibrian filed for divorce in August and has been seen a lot with Rimes, who has since separated from her husband. According to Brandi though, LeAnn is getting a little too close for comfort. She told UsMagazine.com, "I have a new neighbor and her name is LeAnn Rimes. She's moved in a half a mile from my house and a block from my son's school. So she is completely space invading me at the moment so things are not cool." She added that her run-ins with the country singer/actress are "not pleasant." She also went on to say, "Honestly, she's Single White Female-ing me. She wants my life. She wants my kids. She wants my husband. She can have most of everything but just not my children or my family." Brandi says that her and Eddie play nice in front of their children as "they're the most important thing in both of our lives." If this is true, then this is definitely a little freaky for LeAnn Rimes to be doing this. I mean she split up their marriage, isn't that enough?

It appears that it was just another normal week of celebrity relationships in Hollywood as there were a few divorces announced that were balanced out with a few marriages and reconciliations.

Actress *Emmy Rossum*'s husband Justin Siegel filed papers for divorce after only being married for a year and half. He cites irreconcilable differences and is also asking for spousal support. A source states that the couple has been separated since August. Emmy has been linked with Counting Crows frontman Adam Duritz as the two of them were seen kissing over Labor Day weekend. Not many people even knew that Emmy Rossum was married, but yet another Hollywood marriage is ending in divorce.

If you think that only being married for a year and half and then divorcing, then try three months. Musician Fred Durst and his wife Esther Nazarov have decided to split after only being married for three months. The couple just got hitched in Las Vegas back in July. Durst took to his Twitter page once again to announce his relationship news, this time though it was not happy news. He wrote, "For those of you inquiring I will confirm that Esther and I have decided to go our separate ways and we both thank you for your support." What can happen in three months that drives a couple to divorce already?

There were, however, some happy celebrity couples this past week. Reality star Khloe Kardashian married her boyfriend of one month, Lakers player Lamar Odom this past weekend. The wedding ceremony took place at the home of music manager Irving Azoff, who is a family friend. This is the first marriage for both of them, but Lamar does have two children from a previous relationship. Not to be negative but most of the celebrity marriages that take place after only knowing each other for a month usually don't last very long. Here's hoping that they beat out Fred Durst's record for the shortest marriage. As for Khloe's sister Kim, apparently she has reunited with her ex Reggie Bush and the two are dating once again. The couple had been dating for two years prior to taking a break this summer. Could Kim just be jealous that her one sister just got married and the other is going to be a mommy?

Lastly, according to an inside source, actress Claire Danes and actor Hugh Dancy are married. Apparently the couple got married in a quiet ceremony in France a few weeks ago. The couple revealed that they were engaged in February. No official comment has been made by the couple's rep as of yet.

After several months of rumors of a separation between singer Avril Lavigne and musician Deryck Whibley it appears that the rumors were in fact true. Avril took to her blog to let everyone know that she and her husband Deryck are separating. After writing some things about how she "admires" him and still loves him with all her heart, she writes, "Deryck and I are separating and moving forward on a positive note." Unfortunately, it also appears that Avril is making up the "positive note" part. According to an inside source, "she dumped him and told him she was leaving him." The sourced added, "divorce papers will be filed any day now," and that Whibley is "crushed." Avril had been seen just a few weeks ago enjoying time on the beach with other guys and her husband was nowhere in sight. The couple married young as she was only 21 when they got married and was 19 when they started dating. It appears this is another Hollywood (or wannabe Hollywood) marriage gone horribly wrong.

Kate Gosselin from Jon and Kate Plus 8, may be losing a husband but may be gaining an awesome job as a talk show host. According to Radar online, the reality star is said to be teaming up with Food Network star Paula Deen for a talk show that is completely focused on moms. The proposed show has a mixture of beauty, health, and parenting tips mixed in with some celebrity gossip. Apparently they are now looking for other women for the show to talk to and they want all the women to be moms. A few months back Kate had told Entertainment Weekly, "There are no mom-centered talk shows. I think that would be a very comfortable thing for me." A rep for Telepictures would not deny nor confirm that the show was currently in the works. Kate has said that she would do anything to provide for her 8 kids, well apparently that means being a talk show host. Really, how hard could that really be and does this mean she will be moving from their million dollar home as well?

Sad news for fans of Jim on NBC's hit series The Office - John Krasinkski, the actor who plays Jim on the show, is now officially taken. Krasinski, 29, recently got engaged to actress Emily Blunt, 26. The pair have been dating since November 2008. John Krasinski may have been inspired by his character Jim, who is planning a wedding with co-worker Pam Beasley on The Office.

Another hit for TV, one that has fans of HBO's in an uproar, is True Blood. Many fans of the show were shocked to learn that actress Evan Rachel Wood was cast as vampire queen Sophie-Anne, especially considering the negative public opinion of her after her affair with Marilyn Manson during his marriage to Dita Von Teese. Now, fans have one more reason to hate the actress. Alexander Skarsgaard, the sexy Swede who plays yummy vampire sheriff Eric, has been spotted off-set spending a lot of leisure time with Evan Rachel Wood. Oh, Eric, you don't know what you're doing! Has he not seen the video where she's making out with Marilyn Manson (yech!) while it rains blood on them (double yech!)? The directors of True Blood may be thinking twice about their decision to cast Wood in the role. If Alexander Skarsgaard keeps this up, it could seriously damage his enormous fan base!

Father of eight and serial dater Jon Gosselin is gunning for sympathy in his latest interview with "Good Morning America," the first TV interview he has granted since divorce papers were filed early this summer. Jon Gosselin hurls accusations at his estranged wife Kate in the interview, claiming he despises her, she verbally abused him and that she stole his wedding ring. It's a far cry from an interview he gave a couple of weeks ago in which he claimed to still love her. One can only hope that TLC will cancel Jon and Kate Plus 8 soon and put an end to the madness.

Apparently Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo couldn't stay away from each other for very long. The couple, who just recently broke up this summer, have already reunited and are back together. They had been together for three years, shortly after Nick divorced Jessica Simpson. The couple has been seen spotted at several places together and was spotted flying together at JFK airport. According to a close friend though, the couple is not back together officially and is just "hanging out."

In other Jessica Simpson exe news, her latest ex, Tony Romo is dating actor *Chace Crawford*'s little sister. Romo just broke up with Simpson in July on the day before her 29th birthday but seems to be completely fine with the whole thing. Some people are comparing Candice Crawford, 22, to Jessica, as a younger and skinnier version of the singer. According to an inside source, Candice, who was Miss Missouri 2008, was "not happy" that her and Tony's relationship got out to the public, but "they were not trying to hide it."

In other celebrity hookup news, it appears that Candice Crawford is not the only girl to snag herself an athlete. Reality star Khloe Kardashian is now dating Los Angeles Lakers forward Lamar Odom. Khloe's sister, Kim Kardashian told PEOPLE, "They're very, very happy." She added, "They've been together a few weeks, and are literally inseparable. Khloe thinks he's amazing and makes her laugh and smile constantly." The couple has been spotted out and about hitting the LA clubs this past week. It is also being said that Kim is back with her athlete man, NFL player Reggie Bush, after a short breakup.

Another celebrity who seems to have a new partner (although he is not an athlete) is Shia LaBeouf. The Transformers actor has been seen cuddling and kissing with his on screen co-star Carey Mulligan. The two are currently filming the sequel to Wall Street, called Money Never Sleeps in New York City. There has been no confirmation from a rep on the relationship, but from the pictures of them getting friendly off set, there seems to be more than just a professional relationship between the two of them.

For any fans of the band Oasis, it may be a sad week for you. Noel Gallagher has announced that he has left the band for good. After a backstage brawl in Paris, Noel has decided to leave his brother Liam and the rest of the band members as he has had enough already. Noel posted on the band's website after failing to show up for a concert. He wrote an apology "to all the people who bought tickets for the shows in Paris, Konstanz and Milan." Then he announced: "It's with some sadness and great relief to tell you that I quit Oasis tonight...I simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer." Oasis was formed back in 1991 by the Gallagher brothers. Since their hit first record Definitely Maybe in 1994, the band has gone on to release 9 more albums and sold over 50 million copies of their records. There have been rumors in the past about a break-up due to fights, but it has never come straight from the band.

If you remember the movie American Beauty from ten years ago, you may remember the actor Wes Bentley who played Ricky in the film. He has also starred in other movies since then, but none as popular as American Beauty. Apparently, he must have not been paid enough for his work as American Express has filed paperwork stating that he owes more than $90,000 in credit card bills that he has not paid on. According to the lawsuit, the actor opened up a gold account with American Express and has and never paid the $92,738.86. The credit card wants their money back plus interest, in addition to attorney fees. Looks like Wes may have to start hoping to land another great movie like American Beauty if he wants to get rid of this lawsuit.

In happy celebrity news, The Office's John Krasinski has gotten engaged to actress Emily Blunt. The couple has been dating since November 2008. A rep has confirmed that the couple is engaged as John and Emily has tried to keep their relationship under the radar and away from the public eye. This is most likely going to be one couple that successfully keeps their wedding a secret and the public finds out a week after they are married.

Actress Alyssa Milano has gotten married again! The Charmed actress married her fiancé David Bugliari on Saturday, August 15. The couple had their wedding at Bugliari's parent's estate in New Jersey. The actress wore a custom gown by Vera Wang and walked down the aisle to *John Lennon*'s "Imagine." The guests, which included actor Bradley Cooper, ate dinner in tents that were set up like old rustic farmhouses. Milano had been known for constantly going for athletes as she has dated Major League pitchers Carl Pavano, Barry Zito, and Brad Penny. Alyssa had previously been married to rocker Cinjun Tate and was also engaged to actor Scott Wolf.

Twilight stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson fueled more romance rumors as they were spotted getting quite cozy at a Kings of Leon concert in Vancouver. They are currently filming the third Twilight movie and have been spending quite a bit of time together. The couple even appears as if they were kissing at the concert. Both Kristen and Robert have never admitted to a romantic relationship and remain that they are just good friends.

Apparently singer LeAnn Rimes is enjoying the single life with her girlfriends. She was seen laughing and having a good time with a friend at Takao in Brentwood, CA. The singer just announced last month that her and her husband Dean Sheremet are officially separated. This comes shortly after rumors spread that LeAnn and her Northern Lights costar Eddie Cibrian were having an affair. The couple says that as they got older (they got married when she was 19 and he was 21) they started growing apart. Also, as Rimes started expanding her career into acting she had been traveling to Los Angeles quite a bit while Dean's career as a songwriter kept him in Nashville. Apparently LeAnn and Dean are still friends and keeping their options open as to what happens with their relationship.

It appears that Shannon Elizabeth and Derek Hough will be dancing no more. The actress and the star of Dancing With the Stars have broken off their relationship of over a year. The couple met when Shannon was a contestant on Dancing With the Stars. The couple announced their split via Twitter. They posted simultaneous messages that read, "Hi everyone, we wanted you all to know directly from us, that Shannon & I have decided to end our relationship as boyfriend & girlfriend.... However, we love and care about each other very much and will remain friends and in each others lives." Apparently breaking up via Twitter is the cool thing to do now!

One couple that will not be breaking up hopefully anytime soon is the newly married Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan. The couple recently married on July 11 in Malibu and had to cut their honeymoon short as they both got food poisoning while in Bali. So, what was the first thing they did when they felt better? "We got tattoos!" Dewan tells US magazine. "They say 'side by side,'" she added.

Paul Abdul recently announced that she would not be returning to American Idol as one of the judges for the ninth season. That may not prevent you from seeing her on television though. According to Paula she has been getting plenty of job offers, which include the television show So You Think You Can Dance. Paula had this to say about the show, "I am not going to rule that out. I'm a dancer, a choreographer. Dance is a love of mine. But I have yet to sit down and discuss anything with anyone. It's all happening within the next couple of weeks." One thing is for sure, though, Fox Entertainment believes that Paula is replaceable as they are currently looking to hire a fourth judge for the show. American Idol has already announced celebrity guest judges such as Victoria Beckham and Katy Perry.

Not only did Janet Jackson lose her brother Michael, but US Weekly is reporting that her and her fiancé Jermaine Dupri have called it quits as well. An inside source told the magazine, "His friends are telling people it's over." Another source echoed that saying, "They have been moving in different directions for a while." Apparently mixing business with pleasure is what hurt the couple the most. A friend of the couple said, "Janet felt their lives were too crossed and they should have kept things separate." Another reason for the long time couple's break up was that they were just too opposite of people. Janet is on the shy side, while Jermaine likes to be out with the crowds, talking and mingling with others. Currently Janet is busy helping to care for Michael's three kids, but is "devastated" at the breakup.

In other celebrity breakup news, professional football player Tony Romo has called off his relationship with Jessica Simpson. It appears that since breaking up with her ex-husband Nick Lachey, Jessica Simpson is only getting her heart broken. First, John Mayer and now Tony Romo. Worst of all, Romo dumped Jessica the day before her 29th birthday. "Jessica was really blindsided," says a family friend. "She's sad, mad, and confused. Her emotions are all over the place." The couple started dating back in November 2007 and Jessica has said that she could picture herself marrying Tony. Poor Jessica, while her sister Ashlee enjoys marriage and her son, Jessica seems to not be able to get a break with guys. Maybe she should have realized what she had with her husband Nick Lachey. Could this karma coming back to haunt her?

On a happier note, G.I. Joe star Channing Tatum married his Step Up costar Jenna Dewan last week in Malibu. The pair wed in front off 220 guests which included bridesmaid Haylie Duff and her boyfriend Nick Zano. Their outdoor ceremony at a beachfront estate was followed by a sit-down reception in a tent on the same estate. The couple first met on the set of Step Up in 2006. Channing proposed last September in Maui. Here's hoping that this Hollywood couple can break the mold and stay together.
