What is with all these celebrities (or so-called celebrities) not being able to afford their taxes? I mean celebrities have to have an accountant or financial planner helping them with their money right? The latest celebrity to be hit with back taxes is Austin Power's Mini-Me Verne Troyer. The actor fell behind on his taxes in 2005 and 2008 and owes the government $10,869.36 in back taxes. I guess this is nothing compared to the millions that Nicolas Cage owes in taxes but still, the guy has to come up with almost $11,000 soon. A few months ago Verne had mentioned that Mike Myers was coming up with an Austin Powers 4 movie. He better hope that Mike writes it awful fast so he can get some money.

Singer Mariah Carey is stepping forward and admits that she was emotionally abused in a relationship. She says that she can relate to singer Rihanna and her relationship with Chris Brown as she too was emotionally and mentally abused. Mariah, who married Nick Cannon last year, says that she has been through some painful relationships in the past. She told Larry King in an interview, "You know, I just think you get into a situation and you feel locked in. If your situation is similar to one of the situations I've been in - which I won't harp on - for me, to really get out, it was difficult because there was a connection that was not only a marriage but a business thing, where the person was in control of my life." In the same interview, Mariah also denounced the rumors that she was pregnant. She says that she would love to have a child now but with her movie Precious and singing career she does not have the time to devote to motherhood like she wants to. She said, "I wouldn't be just like, 'Oh, I'm having a child, Yay! Let me get a nanny so I can give her the baby. Take the kid. That doesn't work for me. I don't believe in that." At least this is one celebrity who takes motherhood seriously rather than just pawning kids off on a nanny.

A rep for actor Josh Duhamel is calling all the rumors about the actor cheating on his wife Fergie with a stripper completely false. The National Enquirer reported that Josh cheated on Fergie with a stripper named Nicole Forrester who goes by the stage name of "Delilah" while filming a movie in Atlanta. The rep stated, "This is not the first nor will it be the last time that a stripper was paid a large amount of money to sell a false story about a celebrity." He added that the "story is absolutely ridiculous." E! Online is reporting that they received an email from Forrester's attorney and stated that she passed a polygraph test about being with Josh. Josh and Fergie were married on January 10, 2009.

Jessica Simpson, who is not having the best luck in the relationship department lately, says that she wants an "intellectual" and "spiritual man." She says that she can get bored quite easily and needs someone who will keep her "intrigued," as well as "inspire" her. The singer has not been linked to anybody since Tony Romo broke up with her the day before her 29th birthday in July. So, we are talking about a woman who confuses tuna with chicken and she wants an intellectual man so she doesn't get bored? Very interesting.

Miley Cyrus is one of the most popular celebrities when it comes to tweens (9-15 year old), but she is also the worst celebrity influence for that age group as well. In a survey on the AOL's JSYK.com 42% of the voters voted for Miley as being the worst celebrity influence of 2009. The website is aimed specifically at the tween age group. Britney Spears came in second and Kanye West came in third in the poll. There were no reasons given behind the voting decisions, but if you take a look back at the year that Miley had you may see why she was number one on the list. She dated a 20-year-old model, had some racy outfits that she wore to the red carpet events, was accused of pole dancing during a performance at an awards show, and took some rather controversial photographs that were released online. On the other hand, Miley's friend Taylor Swift was voted favorite female artist while Miley took 4th in that category.

Despite rumors that Jennifer Aniston will host a weekly talk show for Oprah Winfrey's cable channel, a rep for the actress has confirmed that Aniston is not returning to television. There were several tabloids and celebrity magazines that alleged the star didn't care about money and wanted to do the show because she thought it would be fun. A rep for the actress told US magazine that the rumors were "absolutely false." Jennifer has not taken on a full time television role since she played Rachel Green on Friends 10 years ago. Her friend and former co-star Courtney Cox-Arquette just recently returned to television once again the show Cougar Town.

Once again rumors that have been circulating in the tabloids as well as online websites have been proven to be untrue for now. Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were spotted walking arm in arm last week and just recently conquered climbing Grouse Grind, which is a trail 2,800 feet up to the peak of Grouse Mountain, together. There have been rumors spreading all over that the couple has split up and that Justin is already dating Rihanna. I don't think Rihanna would like Justin spending time with his ex-girlfriend like this, so I for right now I am saying that Justin and Jessica are still on.

The two are filming a movie called Valentine's Day together but have been seen together quite a bit off of the movie lot. Florida resident Samantha Burke, 25, showed off month-old daughter Sophia and shared her belief that the baby girl looks a lot like her father. According to Burke, the serial womanizer is currently starring in Hamlet on Broadway and has yet to meet his new daughter or even send a gift. Despite this, Burke believes Law will "be a wonderful father." Denial, maybe?

British songster Leona Lewis hasn't let fame change her - and she staunchly sticks by the people who have been with her from the start. In a new interview, Lewis, 24, addresses the fact that she is still with her boyfriend of seven years, Lou Al-Chamaa. Lewis says some people think you should ditch the people you knew before when you find fame, and she doesn't agree with that. "For people to think that you should leave someone because, all of a sudden, you're a singer and you have opportunities. I feel sorry for them." Lewis has also kept her residence in the "gritty" Hackney area of London.

There's been another Trump wedding, only this time, it's not Donald Trump playing the groom. Ivanka Trump, daughter of Donald Trump and his ex-wife Ivana, married publisher and executive Jared Kushner in a lavish Jewish ceremony at Trump National Golf Club in New Jersey last weekend. Though both bride and groom are under 30, they're already a power couple. Ivanka hosts Celebrity Apprentice, has her own fine jewelry line and is vice president of Donald Trump's real estate division. Kushner, 28, is publisher of the New York Observer and an executive at his family's company. Hopefully, Ivanka will have more luck with marriage than her father has thus far.

More than four months after the death of their father, *Michael Jackson*'s kids are still trying to adjust. LaToya Jackson recently opened up about how the kids are doing, and how each of them are trying to cope in their own way. Blanket, age 7, is "just a very sad, shy little boy. He cries." Meanwhile, his older sister Paris, 11, "thinks and writes about her father all the time." But it's the eldest boy, Prince, 12, who has LaToya most concerned. "Prince just doesn't want to speak about it. I do worry about him very much". According to LaToya, all three children are currently in therapy to help them cope.

Former Full House star Jodie Sweetin, who played the sweet child Stephanie Tanner, is set to release a memoir recounting her past as an alcoholic and drug user. Jodie says that she spent years trying to prove she was not the innocent Stephanie Tanner and would try to get more "trashed than everyone else." Sweetin says that even after having her daughter Zoie in April 2008 she fell back into her horrible ways which caused her separation from her second husband Cody Herpin. Even when she was talking to the public about being sober and beating her addiction she was still secretly doing drugs. In an excerpt from her book, she retells an account about speaking on her sobriety tour and doing coke right before talking to an auditorium of students at Marquette University about becoming sober. Her book is called unSweetined and has not been released yet.

Last week *Kourtney Kardashian*'s home was burglarized and over $100,000 worth of jewelry was taken. According to Kourtney's mom Kris Jenner and her sister Khloe, they have a real "hunch" as to who stole the jewelry. Kris says that "it was a group thing," and hinted that the thieves were "jealous" people who have inside access from their reality show. She explained that there are always cameras rolling since Kourtney is on a reality show and the thieves had to know when the cameras were going to be off as well as gain entrance into the gated community. Khloe added that they also knew that her alarm system was not working at the time as well. Apparently there were plenty of other valuables that could have been stolen like laptops which were sitting right on the bed, but the burglars only took the valuable and sentimental jewelry. Kourtney is missing jewelry pieces from her late father such as a watch that was given to him on his wedding day. The question is, were these pieces away in a safe or just left out so everybody could see them?

The former star of Perfect Strangers, Bronson Pinchot is letting the public in on how he really feels about Hollywood and some A-list actors and actresses. In an interview that was posted on avclub.com the actor voices his opinion on some of the past acting roles he had as well as some of the co-stars he worked with. Pinchot's first movie was Risky Business with Tom Cruise. In the interview he calls Tom "the biggest bore," and says that "he was tense" and would call everyone by their character's name instead of their real name when not filming. The actor calls the movie Courage under Fire his "low point" as he says that he was abused by Denzel Washington when filming the movie. Apparently Denzel used the excuse that it was his character in the movie that was abusive to him not actually Denzel, but Bronson says that he needed counseling after filming that movie. Another Hollywood big wig that Bronson did not get along with was Bette Midler on the set of The First Wives Club. He says that Bette was not very nice to the director of the movie and she would try to take it over. One actor that Bronson does care for in Hollywood is Tom Hanks. He calls Tom, "a wonderful and genuine and lovely and down-to-earth person." I don't know how many people are going to want to work with Bronson anymore after this telling interview.

A new tabloid report is claiming that Nicole Richie and longtime partner Joel Madden got married. Joel is denying the rumor on his band's website writing, "I keep getting emails from old friends and family asking about a wedding. NO we didn't get married." The couple just recently welcomed their second child together, a son named Sparrow James Midnight Madden, in September. They also have a 21-month-old daughter named Harlow. The couple has said in the past that they have no set plans to marry in the immediate future.

Actor Tom Sizemore is dealing with some baby momma drama. His ex-girlfriend is suing the Black Hawk Down actor for allegedly not paying his child support for his 4-year-old twins. Jinele McIntire filed papers with the L.A. Courts claiming that Sizemore owes her more than $58,000 in back child support. She is calling Sizemore a "dead beat dad" as she also claims that he has not visited his sons since earlier this year. The lawsuit makes allegations that the actor has made over $400,000 in reality television appearances, particularly his stints on VH1's Sober House and Celebrity Rehab, and McIntire has not seen a penny of that money for the kids. She is also seeking health insurance for the twins and for him to pay the attorney fees. If this is true, then Tom Sizemore needs to man up and take care of his kids!

Paris Hilton was one happy heiress this past week. Last year Paris had over $2 million worth of jewelry stolen from her home and she was able to retrieve some of that jewelry. Her publicist told PEOPLE, "Paris went to the police station last night to retrieve her stolen belongings. She didn't get everything but fortunately most of her jewelry was returned. She is really pleased and thankful to the LAPD for their help."

The same alleged burglars who stole Paris's valuables are now being charged with the burglaries of Lindsay Lohan, Audrina Patridge, Rachel Bilson and Orlando Bloom. There are 5 suspected members of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch, with 4 of them being under the age of 20. The police have taken hold of computers from one of the suspected burglar's home and found many different searches for celebrities and where they live. They also found some of the stolen items from other celebrities as well as drugs and firearms. It is suspected that 19-year-old Rachel Lee is the ringleader for the group. Apparently the teen has an obsession with celebrity fashion and that was the driving force behind the thefts.

Could actress Kate Bosworth have a new man in her life? She and True Blood actor Alexander Skarsgard were seen getting quite friendly at Spike TV's Scream Awards. According to a source for radaronline.com, Kate and Alexander were "very affectionate, holding hands as Alexander played with Kate's hair while they chatted with friends in the green room." The sourced added, "Kate and Alexander hugged a few times and were often spotted whispering to each other, and she playfully slapped him on his butt a few times." The couple is set to star in a remake of Straw Dogs and said that they knew each other through the movie and did not say anything more.

Akon's baby's mama is having a hard time trying to find the singer to serve him legal papers regarding child support. A lawyer for Farrah Coleman is taking extreme measures and is running an ad in the L.A. Times to publicly serve Akon. According to the lawyer if the singer does not respond they are going to pursue a default judgment in the child support case. This is all news to Akon though, according to tmz.com. He told them, "You got a hold of me and you ain't even trying. I'm a celebrity. My schedule is on the internet. You can go on my MySpace, it'll tell you where I'm at!" Akon has taken a paternity test and the child is indeed his. The mother has been trying to serve him papers for over 7 months now, as the child is now about 9 months old.

Another person that may be getting papers served to him rather soon is Michael Lohan. Inside sources reveal that Lindsay Lohan is set to file restraining order papers against her father. Apparently she fears her own safety when it comes to her dad. Lindsay says that she doesn't feel comfortable with the statements that her father is making about kidnapping her and making her go to rehab again. Michael has made several public statements about Lindsay and her welfare and has even talked about staging an intervention for the actress. It has also been noted by both Michael and the inside source that Lindsay's mom Dina is the driving force behind the restraining order.

The currently New York-based Madonna is learning a new lesson - holding dance sessions in your apartment doesn't necessarily make for happy neighbors. The board of the building in which Madonna currently lives are threatening to evict the pop diva if her behavior doesn't stop. Neighbors say that behavior includes dance sessions of up to three hours a day with loud music, thumping and shaking walls and floors. The most recent lawsuit was filed by a neighbor on Friday - no comment yet from the Material Girl herself.

Late last week, the nation watched in horror as a couple's hot air weather balloon stole through the sky - allegedly, with their 6-year-old son Falcon inside. The nation was horrified when Richard and Mayumi Heene's makeshift balloon crashed to the ground and little Falcon was nowhere to be found. Massive search efforts were launched to find the boy until he was discovered in his parent's attic. At first, it was thought to be a horrible misunderstanding. Now, authorities are claiming the entire thing was a hoax, devised to get the Heene family a shiny new reality show. The authorities have made it clear that charges are forthcoming as soon as the investigation is clear, and child protective services is looking into whether the Heene's three sons should stay in the home. The Heene's lawyer, David Lane, recently told reporters that when the time came, Richard and Mayumi Heene would turn themselves in to avoid arrest in front of their children.

Reality show vixen Khloe Kardashian and her new husband, Lakers basketball player Lamar Odom, have finally inked a prenup to make their already-done nuptials a done deal. The couple's prenup makes it sound like the marriage is doomed to fail, and sooner than later. Khloe can't touch her husband's basketball earnings with the Lakers over the next 4 years, but he does have to buy them a nice house. And to make up for her not having a claim over his earnings, Khloe gets a big fat allowance every year. So, who wants to bet the divorce papers are all ready to go?

Kourtney Kardashian, who stars on the reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians, is experiencing the joy of being pregnant for the first time and expecting a little boy in a few months. Her joy turned to anger and sadness as she learned that her home in Calabasas, California was burglarized. Someone made off with more than $100,000 worth of jewelry from her home. Some of the jewelry is vintage pieces that were given to her by her late father Robert Kardashian. Thankfully, the reality star was not home at the time the burglary took place. Her home is in a gated community and she and her boyfriend were only out to dinner when the incident happened. As of now, there are no suspects in the case and no further information is known.

After celebrating her sister-in-law's birthday, Stephanie Pratt was arrested on suspicion of DUI. The Hills star had just left *Heidi Pratt*'s (Montag) birthday party at Empire and was supposedly on her way home, when the cops pulled her over for suspicion of drunk driving. Stephanie was taken into custody and charged with a misdemeanor and then released by 10:30 am Sunday morning. Stephanie has said that she would like to leave The Hills after 10 episodes as she is getting tired of the drama on the show.

Every Halloween Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner throws a huge bash at the mansion filled with tons of scary and skimpy costumes as well as celebrities and professional athletes. This year, Hef has taken a new approach to the Halloween bash and has decided to raise money for Wounded Warrior Project which helps soldiers who have been wounded in war. The proceeds from the party will help wounded veterans who have recently served time in Iraq and Afghanistan. General admission to the party is $1,000 and VIP access will go up to $15,000. The director for the Halloween party said, "Halloween is the most sought-after night at the Mansion so it was a good opportunity to support our veterans and enjoy a great party at the same time." As well as raising money for the wounded soldiers, approximately 40 of them will get to attend the party for free.

After saying some not so nice things about the director of Transformers, Megan Fox may just be getting what she deserves in the third installment of the movie franchise. Sources are claiming that Michael Bay is considering killing off Fox's character within the first 15 minutes of Transformers 3. He would then look for a new leading lady for the film to basically take over. An inside source says, "Michael's pretty much discovered Megan and now he's very quietly looking for her replacement. He hasn't decided if he's going to kill her off in the next movie, but he just wants to be prepared." If you don't remember, Megan compared the director to Hitler in comments she made about working with him.

After being dropped as a spokesperson for weight watchers for gaining back the weight she lost, actress Kirstie Alley said that she was coming out with her own weight loss program. Even most of her tweets on her Twitter page have been about her weight loss, diet and exercise. You would think that Kirstie Alley would be looking slimmer these days then, but not according to several reports. There are several sources who are actually saying that she is at her highest weight of 260 pounds right now. The supermodel who has it all has decided to take on one more thing - her husband Seal's last name. Nearly four years after they wed, Heidi Klum has filed a petition to changer her last name from Klum to Samuel (Seal's official last name). It's a good thing tradition only calls for taking the last name - *Seal*'s full name is Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel! Klum, 36, is due with her fourth child, a girl, later this month. Including the new arrival, she and Seal have three children. Seal, 46, is also the adoptive father of her daughter Leni, age 5.

It's always good when you can laugh at yourself - or, at least, let other people do it for you. Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt are allegedly okay with the fact that "Wishful Drinking" - a Broadway play starring Carrie Fisher - closely mimics their own contentious split. Fisher claims the play is actually autobiographical, and was written about her father's split with her mother, Debbie Reynolds, for Elizabeth Taylor. However, when Fisher realized how closely it resembled Pitt and Aniston's situation, she was sure to check with Pitt to make sure he wouldn't be offended.

The Jon & Kate Plus 8 train gets further and further off track every day and this week is no exception. It's been a busy one - Jon was fired by TLC from Jon & Kate Plus 8 due to his womanizing and erratic behavior in recent weeks. He immediately initiated legal action to stop filming of the show at the family home until the matter could go to Court. Jon, who has previously said the show was not harmful to the kids, decided that it was harmful as soon as he was cut out. According to Kate, who appeared distraught in a television appearance, he then withdrew all but $1,000.00 from their joint account of $231,000.00 - leaving her without enough money to pay the bills. She also said the children screamed and cried when she told them the show would not be filming anymore. Apparently, Jon Gosselin hasn't much forethought. Without the show, he has eight children to support and no job.
