Playboy's Hugh Hefner got a surprise from his estranged wife Kimberly Conrad. She is suing Hefner for $5 million. The couple who got married back in 1989 have been separated for over 10 years, but have never divorced. (If you remember this is one of the reasons why his former girlfriend Holly Madison left because she would never be able to get married to him). Apparently they had a prenup before getting hitched, but they both signed an amendment to the prenup stating that Kimberly would get a hefty amount of money. For the past 10 years Conrad has been living in the house next to the mansion with the couple's two sons. Hefner just recently told her that she has 9 months to move out because he is selling the home and he is not honoring the prenup agreement anymore. Kimberly is claiming that Hef owes her $5million now. Hefner made a statement saying that he has not seen the lawsuit by Conrad yet, but can say that he fulfilled his obligations to Kimberly beyond what the agreement stated. He added, "I am quite confident that when all the facts are known it will become clear that all of my financial obligations throughout the marriage have been generously dealt with." I wonder what the reason is that Hef is selling the home? Could he experiencing some financial trouble?

According to *Lindsay Lohan*'s manager/ mom Dina, Lindsay's house was burgarlarized. She told TMZ, "The safe was ripped out of the wall, and the door was off the hinges and door handles removed. Bags, shoes and jewelry were taken too. Thank God she wasn't home." Dina added that Lindsay had plans to move even before this happened to the home. Dina also told PEOPLE that Lindsay, who is filming a new movie with Robert DeNiro, "is okay, but upset." The police has confirmed that they are investigating a possible burglary and no arrests have been made. Michael Lohan, her dad, is claiming that this is an inside job as the people who work for Lindsay did not turn the alarm on. Lindsay's same home also has an attempted break in last May in which the suspects were seen on the surveillance camera trying to get in the home.

Us Weekly is claiming that Jennifer feels rejected and upset that Bradley dumped her for Renee. A friend of Aniston's told US, "She wanted to turn her date with Cooper into something...she honestly feels screwed over." Apparently, though Jennifer Aniston is not waiting too long to get over Bradley Cooper. Crew members for her the new movie she is filming with Gerald Butler say that she and Gerald are getting friendly off the cameras. In between taping scenes for The Bounty Hunter, Gerald was seen giving Jennifer a kiss and were acting like they were more than just friends. The sources also claim that the two were seen sneaking off to Jennifer's trailer and are doing their best to hide their love affair on the set.

Actress Alyssa Milano has gotten married again! The Charmed actress married her fiancé David Bugliari on Saturday, August 15. The couple had their wedding at Bugliari's parent's estate in New Jersey. The actress wore a custom gown by Vera Wang and walked down the aisle to *John Lennon*'s "Imagine." The guests, which included actor Bradley Cooper, ate dinner in tents that were set up like old rustic farmhouses. Milano had been known for constantly going for athletes as she has dated Major League pitchers Carl Pavano, Barry Zito, and Brad Penny. Alyssa had previously been married to rocker Cinjun Tate and was also engaged to actor Scott Wolf.

Twilight stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson fueled more romance rumors as they were spotted getting quite cozy at a Kings of Leon concert in Vancouver. They are currently filming the third Twilight movie and have been spending quite a bit of time together. The couple even appears as if they were kissing at the concert. Both Kristen and Robert have never admitted to a romantic relationship and remain that they are just good friends.

Apparently singer LeAnn Rimes is enjoying the single life with her girlfriends. She was seen laughing and having a good time with a friend at Takao in Brentwood, CA. The singer just announced last month that her and her husband Dean Sheremet are officially separated. This comes shortly after rumors spread that LeAnn and her Northern Lights costar Eddie Cibrian were having an affair. The couple says that as they got older (they got married when she was 19 and he was 21) they started growing apart. Kourtney, who is Kim's older sister, will be starring in her own reality series with her other sister Khloe. The pregnancy will play a part in the series as Kourtney says that she knew she was pregnant when she was getting nauseous all day long and even got sick in a club while filming.

Other celebrities that announced they were pregnant and expecting this winter was Scrubs actress Sarah Chalke. This will be the first child for Sarah and her fiancé Jamie Afifi. Her fellow co-star Judy Reyes, is due to give birth to her first child, a girl, this October.

Another celebrity who confirmed a pregnancy this past week? Amy Ryan from the television show The Office. This is also her and her fiancé's first child. Amy was nominated for an Oscar in her role in Gone Baby Gone and has been playing Holly, the human resources staffer on The Office.

In other baby news, reality star Kendra Wilkinson shared news that she and her husband Hank Baskett are expecting a boy on Christmas day. According to Kendra, they will be keeping the name in the family and naming him Hank Baskett IV. She wrote on her blog, "Hank's dad and his grandfather were both named Hank, so it was very important to us to carry on the family tradition." Kendra has said that the birth of her son will not be included on her reality show Kendra.

Vanessa Hudgens may, once again, be learning a hard lesson: if you don't want strangers to see you naked, don't take naked pictures of yourself. Pics have recently surfaced on the web, apparently showing Hudgens in some nude and semi-nude poses. After nude photos of Hudgens first appeared on the web in 2007, damaging her budding career and role-model image, the actress had to work long and hard to repair the breach in her squeaky-clean image. If these newly emerged photos do turn out to be Hudgens (and they certainly appear to be), she may not be the brightest crayon in the box. While the American Idol door may have closed for former judge Paula Abdul, another door may be opening. Though it was recently announced that Paula Abdul will not be returning for more banter at the judge's table with Simon Cowell, ABC says they will be more than happy to hire her for their hit show, Dancing With The Stars. ABC Entertainment President Stephen McPherson said, "Absolutely. I would love that . . . we would love to have her on Dancing." Looks like Paula may not be unemployed after all!

It appears that Shannon Elizabeth and Derek Hough will be dancing no more. The actress and the star of Dancing With the Stars have broken off their relationship of over a year. The couple met when Shannon was a contestant on Dancing With the Stars. The couple announced their split via Twitter. They posted simultaneous messages that read, "Hi everyone, we wanted you all to know directly from us, that Shannon & I have decided to end our relationship as boyfriend & girlfriend.... However, we love and care about each other very much and will remain friends and in each others lives." Apparently breaking up via Twitter is the cool thing to do now!

One couple that will not be breaking up hopefully anytime soon is the newly married Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan. The couple recently married on July 11 in Malibu and had to cut their honeymoon short as they both got food poisoning while in Bali. So, what was the first thing they did when they felt better? "We got tattoos!" Dewan tells US magazine. "They say 'side by side,'" she added.

Paul Abdul recently announced that she would not be returning to American Idol as one of the judges for the ninth season. That may not prevent you from seeing her on television though. According to Paula she has been getting plenty of job offers, which include the television show So You Think You Can Dance. Paula had this to say about the show, "I am not going to rule that out. I'm a dancer, a choreographer. Dance is a love of mine. But I have yet to sit down and discuss anything with anyone. It's all happening within the next couple of weeks." One thing is for sure, though, Fox Entertainment believes that Paula is replaceable as they are currently looking to hire a fourth judge for the show. American Idol has already announced celebrity guest judges such as Victoria Beckham and Katy Perry.

Mel Gibson has fallen far from his days as a Hollywood heartthrob. Gibson, whose conversion to Christianity spurred him to sponsor The Passion of the Christ movie and found his own church, has had his seemingly hypocritical recent actions under scrutiny. His initial DUI and subsequent anti-Semitic rant was the first of his public problems. Then, after announcing a divorce from his long-standing wife Robin, it was revealed that Gibson had gotten his new girlfriend Oksana Gregorieva pregnant before the divorce was filed. Now, Gibson is being accused of battery after allegedly ripping a photographer's shirt open at a club in Los Angeles. One has to wonder what, exactly, Gibson is preaching at his church.

Twilight fans are in an uproar over the replacement of actress Rachelle Lefevre as dangerous vampire Victoria, and the professional mudslinging is getting ugly. Lefevre, who has been replaced in her role as Victoria by Bryce Dallas Howard, claims that she is 'stunned' by Summit Entertainment's decision to oust her from her role in Eclipse. She claims a brief 10-day commitment to another film, Barney's Version, which was allowed in her Twilight Saga contract, overlapped with the Eclipse three-month filming schedule, and the producers refused to work with her. Summit shot back with a statement almost immediately, claiming Lefevre waited until July 20 to advise them she would be unable for filming during that time, when she had taken the role in early June. They claim that having to coordinate with so many actors so soon (with the filming starting in August), and her choice to delay telling them, made her simply unavailable for the film when they needed her.

Thankfully, the issue of where *Michael Jackson*'s children will live has finally been resolved. The children - Prince Michael I, Paris and Prince Michael II - will be in the custody of Michael Jackson's 79-year-old mother, Katherine. No word yet as to Debbie Rowe's take on the court decision.

Just when it seemed that Jessica Simpson had finally found lasting love, another of the singer's relationships has ended on a sour note. Simpson and Tony Romo, a quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys, first started dating in November 2007. The relationship seemed to sail smoothly, with Simpson and Romo going on double dates and attending her sister Ashlee's wedding in May 2008. The relationship recently ended abruptly, with Romo banning Simpson from his residential complex. The ban apparently wasn't necessary, as Simpson reportedly paid $19,000 to have all of her belongings shipped to her from his residence overnight. To make matters worse for Simpson, two of her ex loves - Nick Lachey and John Mayer - have made it a point to tell the press they do not want her back. Ouch! Hopefully, Jessica will eventually find a relationship that works.

Her father, Jamie Spears, has been in charge of her affairs since the judge appointed him conservator several months ago. After Britney's transformation from a head-shaving, rehab-hopping mess to a girl with a new man and her own tour, sources say Britney's father is ready to give Britney back control of her life. Although he can't ask the judge to end the conservatorship, he can ask the judge to review it and determine if it is still necessary. Sources say that should happen once her current tour comes to an end.

Singing sensation Miley Cyrus may have her moments of teenage indiscretion, but that's nothing compared to the frightening crazy of her most recent stalker. 53-year-old Georgia resident Mark McLeod is obsessed with Miley, and recently made some frightening statements to police in Georgia. McLeod says he wants to marry Miley, has mailed her two diamond rings and has more than 2,000 pictures of her on his computer. He claimed that Miley had asked him to come see her. Officers became especially concerned when McLeod said "I will...be with Miley. We're supposed to be together and (the cops) couldn't stop it." Police in Georgia immediately contacted the Los Angeles Police Department (where Miley lives) to advise them of the potential threat.

Things are bumpy right now for singer and (new) actress LeAnn Rimes. After months of suspicious photos and speculation that Rimes was having an affair with hunky Eddie Cibrian, 36, a source has announced that Rimes and her husband have separated. Cibrian and Rimes met while co-starring in a Lifetime original movie, Northern Lights. Rimes and her husband, Dean Sheremet were married in 2002, when Rimes was only 19 and Sheremet 22. As if the mystery surrounding *Michael Jackson*'s three known children wasn't enough, a fourth possible child of Jackson's has emerged. Omer Bhatti, 25, is a Norwegian rapper and possible product of a one-night stand Jackson had with a woman named Pia Bhatti in the 80's. Although a DNA test is still underway, Jackson's family is ready to welcome the young man with open arms if he proves to be Michael's son. Omer Bhatti even sat in the front row among Michael's siblings at his much-publicized memorial service.

Not only did Janet Jackson lose her brother Michael, but US Weekly is reporting that her and her fiancé Jermaine Dupri have called it quits as well. An inside source told the magazine, "His friends are telling people it's over." Another source echoed that saying, "They have been moving in different directions for a while." Apparently mixing business with pleasure is what hurt the couple the most. A friend of the couple said, "Janet felt their lives were too crossed and they should have kept things separate." Another reason for the long time couple's break up was that they were just too opposite of people. Janet is on the shy side, while Jermaine likes to be out with the crowds, talking and mingling with others. Currently Janet is busy helping to care for Michael's three kids, but is "devastated" at the breakup.

In other celebrity breakup news, professional football player Tony Romo has called off his relationship with Jessica Simpson. It appears that since breaking up with her ex-husband Nick Lachey, Jessica Simpson is only getting her heart broken. First, John Mayer and now Tony Romo. Worst of all, Romo dumped Jessica the day before her 29th birthday. "Jessica was really blindsided," says a family friend. "She's sad, mad, and confused. Her emotions are all over the place." The couple started dating back in November 2007 and Jessica has said that she could picture herself marrying Tony. Poor Jessica, while her sister Ashlee enjoys marriage and her son, Jessica seems to not be able to get a break with guys. Maybe she should have realized what she had with her husband Nick Lachey. Could this karma coming back to haunt her?

On a happier note, G.I. Joe star Channing Tatum married his Step Up costar Jenna Dewan last week in Malibu. The pair wed in front off 220 guests which included bridesmaid Haylie Duff and her boyfriend Nick Zano. Their outdoor ceremony at a beachfront estate was followed by a sit-down reception in a tent on the same estate. The couple first met on the set of Step Up in 2006. Channing proposed last September in Maui. Here's hoping that this Hollywood couple can break the mold and stay together.

Some people say that when celebrities die, they tend to die in groups of three. Unfortunately, that has proven true during the last week, as entertainer Ed McMahon, actress Farrah Fawcett and pop superstar Michael Jackson passed away.

Two of the deaths were not entirely unexpected. Ed McMahon, 86, died after battling cancer and suffering a bout of pneumonia. Actress *Farrah Fawcett*'s heart-rending battle with cancer had become publicly known over the last several months. Fawcett's ex and father of her child, Ryan O'Neal, had expressed he and Fawcett's desire to marry in the face of her worsening condition. Unfortunately, they never got the chance. Fawcett passed away shortly after being readmitted to the hospital.

But the death which was most unexpected has also had the biggest impact: that of international pop superstar turned recluse Michael Jackson. Sympathy and fan tributes have poured in from all over the globe since Jackson's recent death, with radio stations who barely gave his music airtime playing it non-stop. Jackson, 50, was rushed to the hospital after he stopped breathing. Apparently, he never regained consciousness. An initial autopsy was unable to determine a cause of death; Jackson's family have requested that a second autopsy be conducted. Either way, his death came at an ironic time, when he was preparing for what was to be his international "comeback" tour. There are more questions than answers for his family and friends. Was his declining health to blame, or was it a dependence on prescription drugs? Was he simply not strong enough to be preparing to go on tour? And, most importantly, what will happen to his three children now that he is gone? Although most of Jackson's family and friends believe Katherine, Michael's mother, is the best candidate to raise the three children, Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe is the biological mother of his two oldest. Her parental rights were terminated, and later restored. If she sues for custody, it could mean a nasty and protracted legal battle.

Jessica Simpson is trying her hand at a reality show once again even though she has blamed her reality show Newlyweds with her ex-husband Nick Lachey for the demise of her marriage. Simpson will be headlining VH1's The Price of Beauty. The show will follow Simpson as she travels around the world to find out what people think is beautiful. The singer claims that she was "immediately intrigued" when she heard about the show, as just a couple of months ago she herself endured criticism for gaining weight. Simpson had this to say about the show, "I am really looking forward to discovering how beauty is perceived in different cultures and participating in some of the crazy things people do to feel beautiful. I know we will all learn a lot on this journey and I am so excited that VH1 is coming along on what I'm sure will be a wild ride." Taping of the reality show will start in mid-July and is set to air next year some time.

Another actress/singer may be getting her own reality show also. Lindsay Lohan met with Ryan Seacrest to discuss a possible reality show. Ryan wrote on his Twitter page, "Met with Lindsay last night about a show idea I have for her...it helps people and gives others a second shot." Seacrest has produced other reality shows before such as Keeping Up With the Kardashians. According to tmz.com, the show will give real people who are heading down the wrong path $1million to make it right. Lohan would serve on a panel of judges who would choose the winners from the contestants.

There are several inside sources that are confirming that supermodel Gisele Bundchen is indeed pregnant. Giselle married professional football player Tom Brady in two ceremonies this past spring and has talked about how family means everything. Meanwhile rumors have been popping up all over stating that Gisele was pregnant. If you have seen any pictures of Gisele lately, who usually has the flattest stomach, you may have noticed a slight baby bump. Well, now sources are confirming the news that she is pregnant with the couple's first child together. Tom Brady already has an almost two-year-old son from his previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.

For starters, like a bad penny that keeps turning up, attention starved former-superstar Lindsay Lohan is reportedly in talks with Ryan Seacrest to pen a reality show about the troubled starlet's life. While details are sketchy at present, Seacrest has Twittered on his blog that this is the sort of thing that gives people their second chance. Let's hope so for Lindsay's sake.

While it won't be out until this holiday season, Robert Downy Jr. and Jude Law are currently rocking the preview posters for his heavily revisionist take on Sherlock Holmes this week. While 19th century fashions may be hard to come by, men of taste will note that Mr. Law's jacket style closely resembles Zappos's own Ted Baker Vanbil jacket. We'll have to wait and see if the movie wears as good as those clothes, but for now the teaser trailers are showing some high promise.

The rumor mill this week has been pairing Selena Gomez with ultra hot Twilight star Taylor Lautner. While both camps have been mum on the subject, according to Ryan Seacrest's Top 40 broadcast Selena did recently disclose in an interview that there is in fact nothing going on between the two, and that her favorite Twilight actor is in fact Robert Pattinson. Considering the level of secrecy and misdirection that has surrounded the supposed relationships of the Twilight stars, this could merely be a smoke screen to give the two young stars some privacy.

Speaking of Pattinson, fans will be happy to note he is currently slated to star in the romantic drama Unbound Captives alongside Hollywood heartthrobs Hugh Jackman and Rachel Weisz. The story follows a widowed woman and her search for her missing children. Fans undoubtedly will be searching for behind the scenes photos of the actors together.

Finally, Sandra Bullock is once again the queen of the box office with her latest romantic comedy, The Proposal. The film grossed over 34 Million domestic this weekend, which is a breath of fresh air for Ms. Bullock. Her last two film outings, Premonition and Infamous, hardly dented the box office earnings sheets, let alone our memories. Hopefully, this marks a strong comeback for one of Hollywood's most recognizable women.
