A couple of weeks ago, I wrote about *Gossip Girls*' Kelly Rutherford being pregnant with her second child. Well, it seems like she will be raising her two kids as a divorced mom. Kelly filed for divorce this past week from her husband, Daniel Giersch, according to TMZ.com. The couple has been married for two years and has a two-year-old son and another child due in summer. Of course, like any other celebrity divorce, the reason is "irreconcilable differences." Kelly's previous marriage only lasted 5 months. In my opinion, maybe she needs to try a little bit harder at marriage, especially considering she has two kids to think about now.

Another couple that has also called it quits on their relationship is singer Katy Perry and Travis McCoy of Gym Class Heroes. The couple dated for approximately a year. According to a source, the couple has been fighting, and Katy was going on tour and needed to concentrate on her music. If you have ever seen a picture of Travis McCoy, you know that Katy Perry is way too pretty to be dating someone like him. It's good that they broke up, now she can find a guy that doesn't look he just got off the streets.

Instead of being charged with a DUI, Heather Locklear pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of reckless driving. If you remember, back in September, Locklear was pulled over and charged with a DUI after someone called 911 on her. Those charges have been dismissed as part of a plea deal for the lesser charge. As part of the deal, Locklear will receive three years of probation, was fined $700 and ordered to complete a driving safety class. I would say she got off pretty easy on this one!

Another Hollywood baby has joined the world. Marisol Nichols, who stars in the television show "24," and her husband Taron Lexton welcomed a little girl this week. Rain India Lexton, was born on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at 2:18 am. She weighed in at 7lbs 5 oz. Best of luck to this family.

We have now learned why Heather Locklear was arrested this past week. She was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. A female witness saw Locklear was driving erratically. The witness called the cops when Locklear got out of her vehicle on the highway. When the cops arrived, they noticed that Locklear was "disoriented and impaired." She was taken to the local police station for drug and alcohol testing. According to California Highway Patrol spokesman Tom Marshall, "Alcohol was ruled out as a factor, but based on the officer's observations; we believe Locklear was under the influence of prescription medication." Locklear was released from jail several hours later. This is so sad for her daughter. First Richie Sambora (her daughter's father) gets arrested for a DUI, and then mom gets arrested for a DUI a short time later. Hopefully the whole family can get some serious help for their daughter's sake.

Disney star Demi Lovato admitted on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" that she was bullied in school. She suffered from teasing and bullying in the 7th grade, which actually led her to be home schooled instead of going to school. She stated that she never understood why she was being bullied back then but thinks it was most likely from her being an actress and others being jealous. Now she says that she "wants to help with bullying, because there are girls who can't just up and home school and focus on their career." I applaud Demi for speaking up and doing something about the other girls who are getting bullied.

Another Hollywood actor and actress have headed down the aisle to marital bliss. Scarlett Johansson, 23, and Ryan Reynolds, 31, got married this past Saturday. The small wedding was held in a resort outside of Vancouver. The couple had been engaged since May 5. Scarlett was given a mighty big engagement ring from Ryan, but she never made public when the couple would marry. The couple had been dating since the spring of 2007, after Reynolds broke off his engagement with singer Alanis Morissette. With the way that Hollywood marriages are lasting these days, these two are going to have to break the celebrity mold to make their marriage last. Best of luck to Scarlett and Ryan.

It seems like another Hollywood actress has been arrested. Heather Locklear was taken into police custody Saturday night. She was held overnight and released Sunday morning. Locklear has previously been in a rehab center in Arizona for depression and anxiety.

Former Bachelor star Andrew Firestone and his new wife Ivana are expecting their first child. The couple just got married in July and will become new parents next April. Can we say honeymoon baby? The couple admits that they were trying to have children as soon as they got married, and it seems to have worked.

On a sadder note, legendary actor Paul Newman has passed at away at the age of 83. Reports state that he had a long battle with cancer and had been sick for quite some time. Not only was Newman a great actor, he was also a passionate racecar driver and philanthropist. He created his own line of food products called "Newman's Own" with the profits going to different charities. He also created a camp for children with illnesses called Hole In The Wall Gang. His great works and great movies will live on long after his passing.

Terrence Howard is releasing his debut album this fall - it's said to be a mix of pop-rock and jazz tunes. It kind of makes you wonder what an Oscar-nominated actor is doing attempting to break into the music biz. I mean, we all know how well it worked out for Woody Allen 's muse, Scarlett Johanssen, right?

Mario Lopez and Karina Smirnoff broke up a couple weeks ago, but the real reason for the break-up is just coming to light now. Yes, there was cheating involved, but it wasn't the Dancing with the Star pro that cheated. Believe it or not, it was actually Mario Lopez and it was with a Hooters waitress! Apparently he and Miss Hooters (Meagan Cooper) have been sneaking around for a whole year. What a pig! IF he was going to cheat, he could've at least done it with someone a little more A-list... like long-time friend Eva Longoria.

One of Denise Richards' frenemies has come forward claiming that Denise has been outright lying when she says that her and *Heather Locklear*'s friendship had ended long before she hooked up with Richie Sambora. This "friend" has phone records that prove that Richards was calling Richie while she and Heather were still friends.

American Idol judge Paula Abdul is single once again. She had been dating restaurateur J.T. Torregiani, but apparently they split months ago. He must've caught an episode of "Hey Paula!" on Bravo one night. That'd be enough to send any guy running for the hills.

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are expecting baby #2. They don't even know the sex of the baby yet, but they do know this - they're having a goth baby. So what better color for the nursery than black? At least that's what Rossdale said during a recent interview on E! Let's hope he just has a really weird sense of humor.

And it looks like Nicole Ritchie and Joel Madden may not be heading down the aisle just yet. What's the hold up? Well, according to the Enquirer, Joel is waiting for Nicole to covert to Christianity before they marry so they can raise baby Harlow with the same Christian beliefs that he grew up with. Somebody needs to tell Joel that knocking your girlfriend up before marriage isn't exactly encouraged by Christianity either.
