Actress Zooey Deschanel is now a married woman. She married her fiancé Ben Gibbard, who is the frontman for the band Death Cab for Cutie, on Saturday, August 19th. The couple had been engaged since December 2008. Deschanel is currently starring in (500) Days of Summer and has been in Failure to Launch and Yes Man. Jessica Simpson is having a really tough year. Recently her dog Daisy was taken by a coyote right in front of her. The dog has not been found and it is believed to be gone for good by now. She received Daisy as a gift 5 years ago from her ex-husband Nick Lachey before they separated. Earlier in the year, there was the whole weight issues where there were some pretty mean things said about her appearance and weight. Worst of all, her longtime boyfriend Tony Romo broke up with her the night before her 29th birthday. That one really had to hurt! The television show How I Met Your Mother is opening up its doors to reality television stars. Kim Kardashian, Kendra Wilkinson from The Girls Next Door, and Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag from *The Hills *will all appearance on an episode of How I Met Your Mother. The episode is being taped this week, so it likely will not air until sometime next year. The reality television guest stars will all be playing themselves in a fantasy sequence in the show. Comedian Adam Sandler and his wife, Jackie, welcomed their second daughter into the world. Sunny Madeline was born on November 2. Sandler wrote on his web site, "Everyone is happy and healthy." The couple already has one daughter, Sadie, who was born in 2006. The couple has been married since 2003. Can you imagine having Adam Sandler as a father? I just think that it would be so hard to take him seriously as a father. Who knows? He's probably a really good father, and I wish the family the best.

According to Jennifer Aniston's interview in the December issue of Vogue, Jennifer and her mother, Nancy, are slowing reconciling after years of estrangement. Aniston told the magazine that they first started talking again when Aniston went through her breakup with Brad Pitt in 2005. Aniston's states that her mother "has changed," and that "she's humbled with age." The maxi dress is not just for pregnant celebrities though. Kristen Bell wore a blue and white maxi dress to her movie premier. Most are patterned with bright colors or floral. Although, this trend is not for everybody, it can be worn both casual or dressy.
