Actor Tom Sizemore is dealing with some baby momma drama. His ex-girlfriend is suing the Black Hawk Down actor for allegedly not paying his child support for his 4-year-old twins. Jinele McIntire filed papers with the L.A. Courts claiming that Sizemore owes her more than $58,000 in back child support. She is calling Sizemore a "dead beat dad" as she also claims that he has not visited his sons since earlier this year. The lawsuit makes allegations that the actor has made over $400,000 in reality television appearances, particularly his stints on VH1's Sober House and Celebrity Rehab, and McIntire has not seen a penny of that money for the kids. She is also seeking health insurance for the twins and for him to pay the attorney fees. If this is true, then Tom Sizemore needs to man up and take care of his kids!

Paris Hilton was one happy heiress this past week. Last year Paris had over $2 million worth of jewelry stolen from her home and she was able to retrieve some of that jewelry. Her publicist told PEOPLE, "Paris went to the police station last night to retrieve her stolen belongings. She didn't get everything but fortunately most of her jewelry was returned. She is really pleased and thankful to the LAPD for their help."

The same alleged burglars who stole Paris's valuables are now being charged with the burglaries of Lindsay Lohan, Audrina Patridge, Rachel Bilson and Orlando Bloom. There are 5 suspected members of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch, with 4 of them being under the age of 20. The police have taken hold of computers from one of the suspected burglar's home and found many different searches for celebrities and where they live. They also found some of the stolen items from other celebrities as well as drugs and firearms. It is suspected that 19-year-old Rachel Lee is the ringleader for the group. Apparently the teen has an obsession with celebrity fashion and that was the driving force behind the thefts.

Could actress Kate Bosworth have a new man in her life? She and True Blood actor Alexander Skarsgard were seen getting quite friendly at Spike TV's Scream Awards. According to a source for radaronline.com, Kate and Alexander were "very affectionate, holding hands as Alexander played with Kate's hair while they chatted with friends in the green room." The sourced added, "Kate and Alexander hugged a few times and were often spotted whispering to each other, and she playfully slapped him on his butt a few times." The couple is set to star in a remake of Straw Dogs and said that they knew each other through the movie and did not say anything more.

Akon's baby's mama is having a hard time trying to find the singer to serve him legal papers regarding child support. A lawyer for Farrah Coleman is taking extreme measures and is running an ad in the L.A. Times to publicly serve Akon. According to the lawyer if the singer does not respond they are going to pursue a default judgment in the child support case. This is all news to Akon though, according to tmz.com. He told them, "You got a hold of me and you ain't even trying. I'm a celebrity. My schedule is on the internet. You can go on my MySpace, it'll tell you where I'm at!" Akon has taken a paternity test and the child is indeed his. The mother has been trying to serve him papers for over 7 months now, as the child is now about 9 months old.

Another person that may be getting papers served to him rather soon is Michael Lohan. Inside sources reveal that Lindsay Lohan is set to file restraining order papers against her father. Apparently she fears her own safety when it comes to her dad. Lindsay says that she doesn't feel comfortable with the statements that her father is making about kidnapping her and making her go to rehab again. Michael has made several public statements about Lindsay and her welfare and has even talked about staging an intervention for the actress. It has also been noted by both Michael and the inside source that Lindsay's mom Dina is the driving force behind the restraining order.

The guy who was arrested for the break-ins of Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge's homes may just have a personal connection to Lindsay Lohan. Nick Prugo, who is only 18, has been charged with burglary of both Lohan's and Patridge's home, but the story doesn't end there. Apparently some of her co-workers from her movie Labor Pains, which was filmed last year, have said that Lindsay and Nick were spotted together on the set several times. Prugo was charged with cocaine possession last year and was placed in a drug rehab program. He was also charged with a DUI last month. Could Lindsay and Nick really have been friends? Is this a friendship or drug relationship gone wrong? I'm sure the more time goes on, more of the truth will come out.

Could newlywed Alyssa Milano soon be expanding her family? Alyssa and David Bugliari, an agent, were married on August 15th in David's home state of New Jersey. The actress told Usmagazine.com that married life so far is "blissful" and "doesn't really feel any different yet." She also went on to reveal that although they have no real plans for children quite yet, she did say, "I think we are just going to go with the flow. So we'll see what happens. But I am getting older. Gotta get on it!" So, we may just be seeing the actress sporting maternity clothes sooner than you think.

Could there be a new celebrity couple on the horizon? Jason Segal from How I Met Your Mother was seen locking lips with Big Love actress Chloe Sevigny at the HBO Emmy party. They were apparently in a corner making out and only stopped when they noticed that people were looking at them. Playboy's Hugh Hefner got a surprise from his estranged wife Kimberly Conrad. She is suing Hefner for $5 million. The couple who got married back in 1989 have been separated for over 10 years, but have never divorced. (If you remember this is one of the reasons why his former girlfriend Holly Madison left because she would never be able to get married to him). Apparently they had a prenup before getting hitched, but they both signed an amendment to the prenup stating that Kimberly would get a hefty amount of money. For the past 10 years Conrad has been living in the house next to the mansion with the couple's two sons. Hefner just recently told her that she has 9 months to move out because he is selling the home and he is not honoring the prenup agreement anymore. Kimberly is claiming that Hef owes her $5million now. Hefner made a statement saying that he has not seen the lawsuit by Conrad yet, but can say that he fulfilled his obligations to Kimberly beyond what the agreement stated. He added, "I am quite confident that when all the facts are known it will become clear that all of my financial obligations throughout the marriage have been generously dealt with." I wonder what the reason is that Hef is selling the home? Could he experiencing some financial trouble?

According to *Lindsay Lohan*'s manager/ mom Dina, Lindsay's house was burgarlarized. She told TMZ, "The safe was ripped out of the wall, and the door was off the hinges and door handles removed. Bags, shoes and jewelry were taken too. Thank God she wasn't home." Dina added that Lindsay had plans to move even before this happened to the home. Dina also told PEOPLE that Lindsay, who is filming a new movie with Robert DeNiro, "is okay, but upset." The police has confirmed that they are investigating a possible burglary and no arrests have been made. Michael Lohan, her dad, is claiming that this is an inside job as the people who work for Lindsay did not turn the alarm on. Lindsay's same home also has an attempted break in last May in which the suspects were seen on the surveillance camera trying to get in the home.

While it won't be out until this holiday season, Robert Downy Jr. and Jude Law are currently rocking the preview posters for his heavily revisionist take on Sherlock Holmes this week. Finally, Sandra Bullock is once again the queen of the box office with her latest romantic comedy, The Proposal. According to an inside source, Knight has had enough of the show and his character's story is going nowhere. Entertainment Weekly is reporting that T.R. will head back to Broadway in Lend Me a Tenor in 2010.

Here's a big shocker for everybody: The Hills is fake. Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina is coming to her rescue. Not only is she defending her daughter but she says that Lindsay is the victim in everything. According to Dina Lohan, "Last month her personal cell was posted online and now her phone messages have been hacked. Dina went on to tell PEOPLE, "This must stop. She is a 22-year-old girl who needs to live her life in peace. The tabloids need to leave her alone with all the lies and reporting with no proof." She also called the accusations of Lindsay stealing the jewelry from an Elle photo shoot, "defamatory, false and unfair." The news of R&B star Usher and his wife Tameka Foster getting a divorce came as no big shock for people who were close to the couple. A source told PEOPLE, "No one I've spoken to is surprised. Sources close to the couple even said that the marriage was doomed before it even started. "They peaked before they even got married. Right after it was over, they started to drift apart. Usher just wasn't ready to settle down, at least not with her." The reason for the breakup was apparently Usher's bachelor ways and no third party played a part in the divorce. The couple got married in September 2007 after canceling a planned wedding in July 2007. They have two children together.

It didn't take long for Miley Cyrus to get over her boyfriend Justin Gaston. Only a week after calling it quits, Miley was seen with her ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas from the Jonas Brothers. Miley told a radio station, "He's my best friend, and we still hang out all the time, and we've definitely reconnected. We don't know what's going to happen in the future, but right now we're just kicking it and hanging out as much as we can." The Hannah Montana star was spotted with the Jonas brother playing on the beach and jet skiing on the island of Tybee, where she is filming her movie The Last Song. This past week was not a good one for Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere, as her home was robbed this past week. The incident happened at her home in Los Angeles. A public official from the Los Angeles police department said, "The incident occurred between April 10 and 15 while she was out of town." TMZ.com is reporting that the thieves made off with $15,000 worth of jewelry from Hayden's home. The police department could not confirm the amount of stolen goods, but anything considered grand theft involves property worth $400 and above. The police report also indicated that their were no signs of a forced entry, which means this could have been an inside job or someone who is really good.

Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps is denying that he is dating Miss California Carrie Prejean. He told Usmagazine.com that "I'm not dating anybody." He also went on to say, "I'm single. My private life stays private." Prejean would not confirm if the couple was dating either, just saying that Phelps is "a great man." Prejean came under heat for speaking her actual opinion on The USA Competition when asked about what her belief in gay marriage was. Both Phelps and Prejean are playing coy about their relationship, be it friends or more.

The actress would need to gain more than 10 pounds to put her back into a healthy weight for her height. The actress recently called off a relationship, which the weight loss may be attributed to. The latest photos of Lohan show her with her ribs sticking out of the side of her dress and she completely looks like she has absolutely no fat on her body. It appears that other celebrities are coming out in full force supporting her. Nicole Richie even tweeted on her Twitter account about how much she loved "Brit."
