The currently New York-based Madonna is learning a new lesson - holding dance sessions in your apartment doesn't necessarily make for happy neighbors. The board of the building in which Madonna currently lives are threatening to evict the pop diva if her behavior doesn't stop. Neighbors say that behavior includes dance sessions of up to three hours a day with loud music, thumping and shaking walls and floors. The most recent lawsuit was filed by a neighbor on Friday - no comment yet from the Material Girl herself.

Late last week, the nation watched in horror as a couple's hot air weather balloon stole through the sky - allegedly, with their 6-year-old son Falcon inside. The nation was horrified when Richard and Mayumi Heene's makeshift balloon crashed to the ground and little Falcon was nowhere to be found. Massive search efforts were launched to find the boy until he was discovered in his parent's attic. At first, it was thought to be a horrible misunderstanding. Now, authorities are claiming the entire thing was a hoax, devised to get the Heene family a shiny new reality show. The authorities have made it clear that charges are forthcoming as soon as the investigation is clear, and child protective services is looking into whether the Heene's three sons should stay in the home. The Heene's lawyer, David Lane, recently told reporters that when the time came, Richard and Mayumi Heene would turn themselves in to avoid arrest in front of their children.

Reality show vixen Khloe Kardashian and her new husband, Lakers basketball player Lamar Odom, have finally inked a prenup to make their already-done nuptials a done deal. The couple's prenup makes it sound like the marriage is doomed to fail, and sooner than later. Khloe can't touch her husband's basketball earnings with the Lakers over the next 4 years, but he does have to buy them a nice house. And to make up for her not having a claim over his earnings, Khloe gets a big fat allowance every year. So, who wants to bet the divorce papers are all ready to go?

Fashions of the 1980s are hot commodities right now. There are those of us who remember wanting to pull off some version of Madonna's look in Desperately Seeking Susan, much like Rosanna Arquette. Women wanted to dress like her and the guys all wanted to be with her. The movie made a huge impact on youth culture and high school fashions of the mid 1980s.

According to Malawi officials, Madonna is trying to be the next Angelina Jolie - she is actively trying to adopt another child from Malawi. She is expected there this weekend and could have her court date as early as Monday. It's rumored that Madonna is looking to adopt a girl so that David Banda can have a sister.

Her recent divorce may make the process a bit difficult because Malawi doesn't usually approve adoptions for single or divorced parents. Even though she has the means to take care of another child, we'll have to see if the African country will allow her to adopt.

Jenny McCarthy graces the cover of the May issue of Shape magazine. The actress, author, autism activist, and mother shared her own fitness and health advice, saying she ballooned to 211 pounds after the birth of her son. Believe it or not, McCarthy joined Weight Watchers, which helped her control her portions and slim down.

She also says three years ago she switched to a gluten-free and dairy-free diet, a diet her son is on as well for his autism symptoms. That and taking up yoga keeps her svelte and strong. She even says she's trying to teach her boyfriend, Jim Carrey.

Friday morning, a Northern Georgia District judge sentenced rapper T.I. to one year and one day in prison for felony weapons charges. The charges are from T.I.'s arrest in October 2007 right before the BET Hip-Hop Awards. The sentencing was part of a plea deal. The judge, Judge Charles Pannell Jr., told T.I, whose real name is Clifford Harris, he had exceeded the court's expectations.

"I'm resistant to the lockup mentality," MTV.com reported Judge Pannell told the courtroom. "I hope this sentencing leads to other experiments that will protect the community and show a respect for the law."

The rapper is supposed to go to prison within the next six to eight weeks. However, T.I has prior commitments, so he can't enter prison before May 19. T.I. will discuss how he feels about his sentence on MTV's show, "T.I.'s Road to Redemption: The Reckoning," on Tuesday at 9 p.m. EST.

Under the plea deal, after his release from prison, T.I. will be audited, be subject to drug counseling, DNA testing and random searches of his property, and he will not be able to own firearms. He will also be confined to his home under the same pre-trial conditions: a curfew, permission-only travel and a court-appointed supervisor.

It appears that Britney Spears is trying to get rid of the drama in her life for good. She has filed restraining orders against her ex-manager Sam Lufti and paparazzi-turned ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. A source close to Britney told TMZ.com that Britney asked her father, who is the conservator of her estate, to protect her from Lufti and Ghalib, because she is afraid of them. She also hopes that both of them will be sent to jail for trying to take over her affairs and her money. Both of the men have been trying to get in touch with Britney even after her father took over as her conservator. The temporary restraining order now restricts Lufti and Ghalib from contacting Britney, her parents or her sons. The hearing is set for February 23. Hopefully this is Britney Spears getting the negative out of her life, and she can make her full comeback to a regular, sane person.

Singer Amy Winehouse got some bad news while she was vacationing in St. Lucia in the Caribbean. Her home in London was robbed. The burglars took guitars and music recording equipment from her house. Her neighbors are the ones that spotted the robbers and called the police, which arrived to find the front door kicked in. No arrests have been made.

Madonna will be taking her sons to New York City to live for right now. A London judge has given temporary permission to Madonna to take her sons, Rocco and David, to live with her in New York. Madonna's lawyers argued that the boys should not be separated from their mother and their sister, Lourdes, who is Madonna's daughter with Carlos Leon. The Evening Standard reports that the boys will most likely be going to school in the U.S. but will also split time with their father, Guy Ritchie, in London. Madonna and her family have lived in London for the past 8 years with Ritchie. This is going to be a big adjustment for the poor boys. Having to go back and forth from New York to London all the time. I really feel sorry for them, because when they live with their mom, she will be off smooching with younger men instead of spending time with them.

Benji Madden has still been seen hanging around with his ex, Paris Hilton, and Britney has been traveling around promoting her new album, Circus. The two have not been seeing each other and have not even been spotted in the same place together.

Could Guy Ritchie already have a new woman in his life? The ex of Madonna was seen attending a dinner party with heiress Jemima Khan in London. London's Telegraph reports that the two attended the party together along with other celebrities such as Lilly Allen, Mick Jagger, Simon Cowell and Kevin Spacey. Maybe Guy has already moved on from Madonna. I say good for him, as Madonna had already moved on with Alex Rodriguez before their marriage was even officially over. Also, Jemima Khan is younger and much more attractive than Madonna, so I say Guy gets the better deal in this.

Last week the Chicago Sun Times had written an article stating that Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown were on a date together and looked to be getting back together. Well, this week, Whitney's rep has come out and stated that this rumor is "a complete fabrication." The couple is not getting back together, even for their daughter's sake. The couple divorced back in 2007 after being married for 14 years. Their marriage was quite turbulent, dealing with arrests and drugs throughout the marriage. These two should just stay away from each other, because they are a bad influence on each other.

There have been quite a few rumors flying that the girls on The View television show don't get along off camera. Well, Barbara Walters has spoken out against this, saying, "I don't know of any five women who get along as well as we do." She also goes on to say that the five women see each other outside of work and are very much friends. Even the conservative Elisabeth Hasselbeck gets along with the very liberal Joy Behar. Now, being a girl myself, I'm not so sure that I can believe this. How can you be friends with someone that you seem to disagree with so much? Shouldn't friends have common interests? Or are the hosts of The View made to fight and argue like they do on their hot topics section? That's more likely the case.

I'm not sure why Alex Rodriguez and Madonna ever denied the rumors of them dating, but it is rather apparent that the two are a couple. Rodriguez was seen at Madonna's concert in Miami the day before Thanksgiving. Although Rodriguez did spend Thanksgiving day with his two daughters and ex-wife, Madonna extended her Miami stay so that they also could spend the holiday together. After celebrating with his family, Rodriguez went off to Star Island, which is where Madonna was. I really don't know what Alex Rodriguez sees in Madonna, and from the reports about the divorce, she seems very strange about how she lives and raises her children.

Hough states that she wants to focus on her music career right now and can't do that while she is dancing on the show. Hough has released a country music album and just released a Christmas album at Target stores this week. I know that Hough will be missed on Dancing With the Stars, as she as one of the most popular dancing pros on the show. I'm sure that you will still see plenty of her around promoting and singing her music.

According to reports from the BBC, Madonna and Guy Ritchie have reached a divorce agreement. The couple announced in October that they were getting a divorce among rumors of Madonna having an affair with Alex Rodriguez. The reports are stating that Madonna will keep most of her $500 million, even though Ritchie is entitled to share it. Also, their children, Rocco and David, will split time between Madonna's home in the United States and Ritchie's home in London.

Even though actress Reese Witherspoon has been dating actor Jake Gyllenhaal for the past year, she tells Parade Magazine that it is still too soon after her divorce to think about getting married again. Witherspoon states, "Family is all we have in life, but I don't know how I feel about marriage." I'm glad that Reese Witherspoon is actually one of the smarter celebrities when it comes to marriage. If her relationship with Gyllenhaal is doing well, why go too fast and possibly ruin it by getting married. I personally like Jake and Reese together a lot better than Reese and Ryan.

Can you believe who is engaged already? Kendra Wilkinson. Yes, the former girlfriend of Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner is already engaged to be married. The really off thing is that the announcement was made by Hefner, and the wedding will be at the Playboy mansion next June. Kendra will be marrying the Philadelphia Eagles' wide receiver Hank Baskett. Also, Hefner made it known that he will be giving away Kendra at her wedding. Okay, so who else finds this completely odd? I think that the whole girlfriend of Hefner thing was a fake, and she was actually dating this guy while supposedly being Hefner's girlfriend. I mean what would a 20-something-year-old, pretty woman want with an old guy like Hefner. I think that Baskett is more Kendra's style.

Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake had a little reunion at the Madonna concert on November 6. Both of the singers performed songs with Madonna at her concert. The concert was held at L.A. Dodger's Stadium. Britney and Justin only briefly crossed paths at the sound check as they did not perform the same songs onstage with Madonna. Britney sang "Human Nature" with Madonna while Justin sang his duet "4 Minutes." Britney was actually really tame and looked rather put together in her black satin pants and white ruffle shirt. Maybe this is a start to a whole new Britney Spears.

Another little odd tidbit of celebrity gossip is that country singer Toby Keith has admitted to shaving his armpits. First of all, this is really too much information for me. Secondly, Toby Keith really doesn't come across as the metro-sexual type. Keith said that on hot summer nights while performing concerts he just gets so "hot and sweaty" that shaving helps cool him off. I actually know quite a few guys who aren't swimmers who do this. I guess it works for them. So, guy, if you want to be like rough country singer Toby Keith, shave your armpits!

Well, David's biological father has now come out to say that he feels bad for David because of all of the photographers pushing to get pictures, and Madonna's impending divorce has added even more unrest. Since Madonna adopted David, his biological father has gotten a new wife, had two other children and also has provided a home for his family in Malawi. David's father had this to say about the situation, "But now, when I think of David in danger of living outside a family life, I find it unbearable." As you may remember, Madonna had trouble adopting David in the first place, because he was from Malawi and there were certain laws that had to be followed. Could this be a way for little David's father to get him back from Madonna? You never know.

Comedian Sasha Baron Cohen and actress Isla Fisher celebrated their daughter Olive's first birthday with a celebrity filled party. They threw a country western first birthday party with all the works. The celebrity guest list included Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox with her daughter Coco, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, Dustin Hoffman and Tobey Maguire with his daughter Ruby. What will her second birthday party be like, let alone her sweet sixteen?

It's official. High School Musical heartthrob, Zac Efron is now 21. Efron laid low for his 21st birthday, celebrating with his girlfriend, Vanessa Hudgens, and close family and friends at L.A.'s Pace restaurant. Some of the guest included Monique Coleman, Ashley Tisdale, Amanda Bynes, Brittany Snow and Michelle Trachtenberg. Efron left the restaurant with Hudgens just around midnight and headed off to a local hotel with a couple of the guest to continue the party. I'm actually pretty happy to see that some young Hollywood stars know how to celebrate and not make fools of themselves. Good for them!

Madonna's spokesperson has come out and confirmed that Madonna and Guy Ritchie are indeed going through a divorce. A source tells US Weekly Magazine that it is actually Guy Ritchie who wants the divorce now, and that the marriage has been over for some time now. Ritchie is tired of pretending and just wants it over. Although many rumors in Hollywood may not be true, it's always funny when celebrities keep denying things, like when Madonna denied that they were having problems and separating, then a couple of weeks later the truth finally comes out.

As news breaks of Madonna's impending divorce, another source is telling US Weekly Magazine that Madonna and Yankee's player, Alex Rodriguez "are definitely romantic." Another shocker, huh? Everyone knew something was going on between these two. What would a world pop star want with a major league baseball player if they weren't romantically involved? We'll have to wait and see how long until they really go public with their relationship.

Now, let's end with some happy news. It looks like The Hills girls, Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag have reunited. The two were seen talking and even gave each other a hug this week at a restaurant in Los Angeles. Conrad was there celebrating her fashion runway show with family and friends when Heidi and her boyfriend Spencer Pratt showed up. But instead of fighting, the two girls actually talked and looked happy about it. Conrad has confirmed that she talked to Montag who was there to congratulate her, and that Lauren "appreciated it." So, who thinks these two will eventually be friends again? I think that before they will ever actually be friends, Heidi has to get rid of Spencer.

Television star Beverly Mitchell married her longtime fiancé Michael Cameron last week in a ceremony in Italy. "American Idol" runner-up, David Archuleta will make his acting debut on the Nickelodeon show "iCarly." The basis of the "iCarly" show is about students at a high school and a girl named Carly who has her own web show. In the show, Archuleta will play a contestant in an American-Idol like competition called "America Sings." I'm not sure why American Idol contestants think that they can act also. Does anybody remember how bad Kelly Clarkson's and Justin Guarini's movie was?

Now that Yankee's player, Alex Rodriguez is legally divorced, he must not care about being seeing with Madonna. It was rumored back in the summer that Rodriguez and Madonna were having an affair, both of them cheating on their spouses. Only days later, Rodriguez's wife filed for divorce while Madonna denied any affair with Rodriguez. Well, now the two has been spotted out on the town together again. Madonna and Rodriguez ate dinner at Dos Caminos Third Avenue. A source tells Us Magazine that, "They seemed very close." You think that Madonna would steer clear of Rodriguez after having to deny having an affair with him, but to me something is definitely going on with these two.

Why do celebrities think they can get away without paying taxes? Racecar driver and "Dancing With The Stars" champion Helio Castroneves is facing tax evasion charges. It is alleged that he failed to pay more than $5 million over a four years to the IRS. How could you forget to pay taxes or think that they IRS wouldn't catch you not paying $5 million? Now, if it was $5, I don't think the IRS would even bother, but c'mon, $5 million?

So is it considered a bad thing when your marriage falls apart after just eight weeks? That's the question Chris Kattan is asking himself these days since it was announced that he and his model wife, Sunshine Tutt, are separated (with no plans for divorce just yet). Is anybody else as curious as I am to know what caused the split? It wasn't like Chris and Sunshine just met or anything either. However, it seems that even a big, fancy party doesn't make up for the fact that your closest friends aren't there. Another noticeable event at Madonna's 50th birthday party was the fact that hubby, Guy Ritchie, was there to help her celebrate. Could it be that the rumors of their split are really only rumors?

One couple that is definitely headed to divorce court is New Kids on the Block member, Donnie Wahlberg. Both Donnie and his wife, Kim Fey, filed for divorce on August 13th using the old standby "irreconcilable differences" as their reason for divorce. Of course, it wasn't like we didn't see this one coming. Donnie and his wife, Kim separated way back in January of this year while Donnie was busy with the whole New Kids on the Block reunion mess. Jennifer was spotted wearing a string bikini while on a luxury yacht in Italy.

Nick Cannon is denying the rumors that his marriage to Mariah Carey is on shaky ground. In fact, he's even said that marriage is the best thing that's every happened to him. I don't know - I'd give this one at least till the end of the year before Nick considers running for the hills from Mariah's diva ways.

Andrew Firestone, heir to the Firestone fortune, tied the knot with girlfriend Ivana Bozilovic last weekend. Andrew was a former contestant on The Bachelor and picked Jen Schefft as the winner and even proposed marriage to her. However, the engagement didn't work out (as they rarely do on The Bachelor).

And finally, Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 22nd birthday this past week (yes, she's only 22!) and it looks like she might have finally admitted to being in a relationship with rumored girlfriend, Samantha Ronson. She said she wanted to continue on the path that she's on with the person that she cares about. The two later partied it up at Disneyland and Teddy's Nightclub.

The infamous high-priced call girl, Ashley Duprey, who was rocketed to fame after it was reported that she was part of the Eliot Spritzer scandal. Rumor has it that the 23-year-old wants her own reality dating show, sort of like Tila Tequila's MTV show.

Rumor has it that producers from MTV are saying that they would definitely give Britney a chance to redeem herself. Of course this is after Britney's songs are getting considerable radio play (not to mention the fact that her VMA performance brought in over seven million viewers for MTV last time). I know I'd definitely watch if she gave it another go.

Madonna and Guy Ritchie may indeed be heading towards divorce, but that doesn't mean that they're totally against reconciliation. The Sun is reporting that Guy is willing to do whatever it takes to save his marriage and keep his children's family intact. And it looks like Paris Hilton finally made good on her promise to be a better person after completing her highly-publicized prison sentence last year. Paris donated a "very generous" but undisclosed sum of money to Children's Hospital Los Angeles. Paris' donation will be geared towards the construction of a brand new Center for Cancer and Blood Diseases. Way to go, Paris!

It seems that since settling down with her rumored fiancé, Joel Madden, and daughter, Harlow, Nicole has developed her domestic side and wants to share her recipes with the world. All this from a girl who didn't eat at all for almost a year.

Cameron Diaz was seen sporting a very large and glittery ring on her ring finger after leaving popular hot-spot Nobu last week. Could it be that her relationship with model Paul Sculfor is more than a passing fling and that they could really be getting serious? Now we'll have to watch and see who makes it down the aisle first - Justin Timberlake or Cameron Diaz.
