A tradition that I just learned about at Zappos is that every New Year’s Eve every employee gets a set of shot glasses. This year’s says “Zappos.com 2008 Powered by Service.” Now how cool is that? Now this is just between you and me but I ‘m going to use mine to “train” for our holiday party on Jan. 19. Practice makes perfect right! I’ll also invoke our Core Value #4 here – “Be Passionate and Determined.”
