Once every 2 weeks our level 1 and 2 Assistant Buyers (AB) gather for an hour long class. This class is a requirement for them to advance up to the next level - AB2 or AB3. Below is a picture of some of the early birds preparing for the next class. Today's class featured a presentation by the level 3 ABs on marketing tools used inhouse. They also have required reading assignments from a wide range of business books and exams.
If you are wondering about the room decor, it was decorated by our RideShop group and those are skate boards on the wall along with "skate park fencing." The conference table has been decoupaged with all kinds of skate, snowboard, surf, BMX and "urban" or "street" images.
