Great to meet a Zapposian! Pat is a really good guy, was great in what he let us know about himself at Zappos. Enjoyed the segment. But the interview Pat was degraded by the interviewer's screaming 'hello' to Pat's Mom when he phoned her. Pat took it in stride, and remained cool. More like this but without disruptive painful stuff which hurt our ears fiercely. Good Luck on future bites!
