We should all be having this much fun at work. Productivity would soar! I certainly try, but some folks seem to have been vaccinated against fun of any kind. Life's too short. Keep it up -- perhaps it's catching after all.
WOW! That video was AMAZING! Thank you for NOT making one of those cold computer based simulations that utterly bore me to tears (that is saying a lot because I am a CBT Designer by trade). I know the simulations are cool and very effective but sometimes a good old fashioned video with people actually pointing to the screen is most effective! I felt like Zappos is real place with real people and that makes me want to buy from you. By the way, the first place I go to when buying online is to view their return process and yours seems to be well thought out. Now if ONLY I could decide what to buy! Thanks again and you should be proud of your team for that great video!
