Zappos has a very different work culture from most places, and along with that, has a very diverse group of employees. Our most recent culture class decided to highlight some of the diversity in their project called “Around Ze World.” They had a day where employees dressed up to display where they were from, as well as bring in food to show their culture. It’s amazing how may different cultures from around the world can come together in one place.
