Note we don't smash clay representations of actual people. They're figural representations of our frustrations. We in UX really like our co-workers and wouldn't want anyone to think we have some mean desire to smash them!

...and Sara, our Taxonomy Maven, is actually the one who artfully sculpts our frustrations for us in play doh. We're considering adding "Frustration Sculptor" to her job title
