Today we stop by Alan's desk and see what he has to show us in this installment of Things on my Desk. His desk displays a little Mardi Gras flavor, as well as some cool Art and Native American Culture as well.
Rita has collected a lot of fun stuffed animals on her desk, from finger puppets to dancing frogs, she has something for everyone. If you plan on checking out her collection, beware, because those little bugs on her desk are actually real cicadas.
Our Facilities Supervisor, Patti C., has collected a lot of fun toys during her time here at Zappos. I think we all could use one of those easy buttons.
Pedro certainly has an interesting meal regimen - protein drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Who else can you say has a fish tank at his desk. Check out all the other madness that is that of Pedro's desk!
Since Loren has been around Zappos for a long time, he has collected a lot of very interesting things. If you are ever in need of a cigarette, or if you have a name for his mannequin friend, head on over to Loren's desk in the pipeline tiki area in the 2290 building.
Jo likes to say she's a rebel, which she is, but with a fun, crazy, intellectual twist. She likes books like twilight, good music and sports. Check out all the things on her desk. Go Dodgers!
Here at Zappos, people use their desks to show everyone their personality, as well as things they are interested in. Andrea likes, or I should say loves, Hello Kitty. Check out her Hello Kitty collection, and see if you can count them all!
Plush peeps! I couldn't work with those on my desk because I would constantly be wishing that they were the real things. Sugar covered marshmallows... mmmmmmm. Could it get any better than that? I think not. But then again I'm a peeps fan for life. But rumor has it that either you love 'em or you hate 'em, there's no in-between.
Thanks Jessica for sharing your desk with us today!
What appears to be a mound of trash on Chris P.'s desk really is a collection of wonderfully strange things. You may have to dig a bit in order to find these treasures, but hey, the good things in life don't come easy.
