Ah summertime! Although it’s not officially summer quite yet, we are very much looking forward to the breezy, carefree style of the season.
Summer whites are a great style staple—everything from dresses to jeans are going white hot this season! We love how clean and fresh white pieces look, especially when the temperature outside start to climb.
Of course, no summer is complete without a beach vacation. We’ve got tons of swimwear and coverup options that work perfectly both seaside and poolside. Remember to accessorize accordingly to personalize your beach ensemble! A sheer pareo, the perfect flip flops and a cool hat make all the difference when rocking your beach look.
For the first ever Lucky FABB West (Fashion and Beauty Blogger Conference), Zappos.com hosted the House of Zappos inside the historic Marion Davies Estate in lovely Santa Monica.
The conference took place at the Annenberg Community Beach House right next to the Marion Davies House where fashion and beauty bloggers from the West coast and all over enjoyed a great beachside view.
There were great panels throughout the day with speakers that included such big names as Jessica Alba (for the Honor Company), Elizabeth Banks of “The Hunger Games”, and designer Zac Posen.
Bloggers and guests experienced the House of Zappos and its two themed rooms. There was a floral room and a safari-inspired “Where the Wild Things Are” room. Each section was filled with specially-curated products available on Zappos.com! Yes, we even featured Spirit Hoods!
Inside the House of Zappos, attendees got to take photos, attend special workshop sessions with designers Paige Adams-Geller and Cynthia Vincent, and create a personalized animated video to share on Facebook or Twitter.
We capped off the day with a beachside cocktail hour and a live musical performance by A Fine Frenzy.
