Well, let me say first that I am a 100% satisfied customer. The customer service is beyond belief and the products are equally astounding. I wore my Zappos purchased vegetarian Keens to work today in anticipation of a walk at lunch down to the farmers market. Did that. :) At exactly 1:51 pm, the mid Atlantic states experience a 5.9 earthquake + tremors. I’m on the 4th floor and I was hearing jabbering and seeing people scampering around the office, apparently feeling the effects. Not me! My fabulous Keens evidently cushioned the effects of earthquake tremors. Whoa! I truly thought my coworkers were playing a trick on me, but as it turned out my Zappos delivered far more that promised. I walked right through it all without the slightest tremble or swaying as everyone else experienced. You can’t beat that for promises made and kept. Thanks Zappos!
