People ask me if Zappos is cheaper than other sites...and the answer is no, but the VALUE is truly there with the fantastic service, and the HONEST "we don't mind if you need to send it back" philosophy. Why couldn't they just put a blurb about the upgrade on their page? I actually needed my order right away. When I realized that I was not going to receive it in the frame I needed, I couldn't cancel the order. I called Zappos and they said they were unable to cancel the order. I still haven't received my order and I will be out of town for a while. Overall I love Zappos, but I'm really surprised and disappointed at their absolute refusal to give their customers the courtesy of knowing what's going on.
