He had the correct bag shipped out the same day with free one day service so my grandson could have it in time for the first day of school. What great service. But the story gets better. Along with taking care of my problem we had a nice conversation. Kind of like he was a friend. In the conversation I mentioned that I was stuck in the house with a broken leg. Today, to my surprise, I received a delivery of flowers. The card read Hoping you are back on your feet again soon.It was great talking to you. best wishes Jack & the Zappos.com family. I know of no other company that would do this!!!!! My hats off to Jack and the rest of the Zappo family! You guys absolutely ROCK!!! I will definitely be telling family and friends about ya'll!!!!!!
