My girlfriend, dog, and I are leaving tomorrow to hike the entirety of The Cohos Trail. It should take us about 2 weeks to hike all 162 miles. My girlfriend has super small (and very cute) feet. She got her boots of of Zappos -- which saved us a bunch of headaches compared to running around and trying to find the right hiking footwear in stores.
Out here in Virginny the mosquitos can get pretty bad. Eating a lot of garlic (or get garlic pills these days) flavors the oils on your skin and helps to make you less tasty. Also helps with vampires.
