Good for you, I do it too and love it.
Now.. a few days ago I crunched my right ankle
and I am grounded. Any ideas what I can do instead of running, and more importantly: How long does an injury like this keep you grounded, do you have a clue?
In tears here ;o(
Thanks for the comment, John! We try to create a lot of our own music for the blogs, we have some musicians over here at Zappos!

I enjoyed the vid - especially the background music! I'm doing a little research (from a distance) on Zappos. Might include Zappos in the book I'm writing on what business teams can learn from rock & roll bands. www.BusinessLessonsFromRock.blogspot.com

Cheers,
How are the new asymmetrical lacing in the Asics Gel Nimbus 11 working for you? I understand how they are supposed to make the fit more snug, but I haven't had a chance to try them on yet.
I would recommend Toe Socks. You can find them on Zappos if you search for Injinji. They are awesome for eliminating blisters.

Apply bag balm, body glide, or vaseline to your feet before running. If that doesn't work I have some duct tape advice that I can share later.
