Great shoes, but you're better off going to the actual store and buying them.....I was told I didn't need the original box and when I tried to return them the guy was giving me a hard time...He then let me exchange the boots but I will never use zappose again to buy shoes.

If only Zappos would put a link to their return policy at the top of their website. And when you went to that page, I wish it clearly stated in plain English how to return something. And better yet, I think it would be a good idea to film a short video, showing how to return products for free.

Most of us male types don't have penchants for transvestitism, ergo this eMag, although slick and shiny, is useless to most of your male clientele.

Oh, and I, my partner, my friends and my geriatric mother were all easily able to figure out how to return stuff without feeling slighted or abused by the Zappos clan. Though I suppose it is more fun to visit a brick and mortar shop where one can abuse the staff and leave a large mess of indecision for them to pick up.
