In all fairness, I do want to say thanks to Ryan and Jeanette, who patiently tolerated the venting of my frustrations today. After thinking the best I was going to do, and was grateful to do it, no matter what it took at that point, i drove 30 miles on Christmas Eve, to the UPS facility where my package lay in wait, IT WAS CLOSED!!! I was assured by multiple UPS reps the facility was about wanting to do some breaking and entering! So, I give up! But appreciate all the effort made by the Zapponites on my behalf! UGH, where's the rum?! (I hope that's what u spike egg nog with?!;-)

Merry Friggin Christmas.... (how much you want to bet my printer is out of ink....)

Because I am Chinese, shoes sent to the United States, almost the same needs and the price of shipping the shoes. Now, I leave these shoes, but hopes to have compensation. Do not know the problem is UGG's responsibility or the responsibility of zappos?

I did some of my Christmas shopping on this year including gift cards..I wish I had done more was the best experience ever...exchanges were simple and gift cards had NO activation fees!!! and the people receiving the cards were delighted!!! I wish I could work at Zappos!!!!it looks like a great place to work.
