This Christmas, I am most thankful for good family, good friends, and good health! This is the time of year that I wish I lived closer to family, but the love transcends the miles!

I'm thankful that I have the stories from the older generation in my family, so that I can pass them down to my children. I am so fortunate to have a wonderful little family (and they love to travel too!) I am also very, very awesomely thankful to have started http://TravelingMamas.com with my three traveling writing mama friends. They have been one of the true highlights of my life and we are all looking forward to even more great things in 2009.

Oh, and I'm thankful that I was able to attend the Zappos party in Vegas at BWE08. Woohoo!

I am thankful that both my parents are happy and healthy and that Zappos continues to make kick butt videos!

I am thankful for each and every breath I take. It was 10 years ago today that I got released from the hospital after having a severe asthma attack where I ended up in ICU on life support.

I am also thankful to have many wonderful family and friends to share this holiday season with.

I am thankful for a healthy and happy family and for my nephews miraculous recovery from a recent brain injury. This christmas will be one to remember.

I'm thankful for my great family - I haven't lost any of my immediate family members, and that is a HUGE blessing.

Also my friends, they're always there for me and they're pretty much all I've got.

I'm also thankful for the opportunities I've had, especially professional ones, and for the opportunities before me as I start my career.

I'm thankful that there are still companies around like Zappos that are passionate about their people and the value they create. I'm thankful that Zappos offered me some great books in their lobby recently. And suggest adding this one to the library (or makes great restroom reading):
