I wish we were allowed to be fun and weird where I work. Where I am, we have to be stuffy and uptight...at least when management is looking. The most we can do is throw rubber bands across the room at each other when the "suits" aren't looking. Needless to say, most people are miserable there. More companies should follow Zappos example. I'm sure you get much more productivity from your employees.
