One look at the Quiksilver Women Fall 2011 preview, and we were instantly smitten by the collection of beach-inspired knits, vintage-style prints, cozy fabrications.
A small beach community outside of San Francisco called Outer Sunset served as the coastal inspiration of the entire Fall 2011 QSW collection. The laid-back, artistic and tight-knit beach community is home to artist Serena Mitnik-Miller, who collaborated with head designer John Moore to re-imagine the conceptual vision of the line.
Serena’s artwork and her favorite vintage pieces came to be the foundation of all the little details that went into the Fall 2011 QSW collection. They had found their ultimate muse.
