Here we break down some fun picks in accessories and beauty to instantly brighten your look and lift your spirits. Just in time for warm weather!

  1. Colorful eye shadow- Using a bright, bold eye shadow really draws the attention to your eyes. Just make sure to keep the rest of your makeup to a minimal. Try purminerals Island Escape cream shadows. This fun palette has four pretty colors that can be used either as liner or shadow.

Prince William and Katie Middleton Prepare for $40 Million Wedding

Prince William and girlfriend Katie Middleton are rumored to be getting married this summer, and reporters are stating that Prince William may propose after he turns 28 this June 21. Star Magazine reports that the wedding will cost up to $40 million, and Kate Middleton has already signed a confidentiality agreement with the Royals to ensure that she won't spill any details about her relationship with Prince William, and the wedding, to the press or anyone else.

According to The Sunday Express, there are rumors that the couple plans to marry in 2012 to coincide with the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. Others believe that the couple won't be exchanging vows until 2013. Star magazine's senior editor Suzanne Rozdeba says that Katie Middleton has already ordered a dress that cost $200,000. The wedding celebration is expected to be a momentous occasion, and will likely attract over 3 billion viewers, according to ShowBizSpy.com.

Prince William and Katie Middleton have been a couple since 2003, after meeting as students at Scotland's University of St. Andrews. The prince went on to pursue a military career at the Royal Navy, while Katie held down a job after graduating from Scotland's University of St. Andrews.

The couple encountered a rough patch recently after the paparazzi managed to track them down on a family vacation. According to The Daily Beast, the engagement was supposed to be announced on June 3 or June 4 but was postponed because Prince William believed that Katie may have shared her whereabouts with someone, and the paparazzi caught wind of the family's location.

A photographer managed to snap a few pictures of Katie playing tennis with her brother and sister on the Manor court, and even though the pictures were never released to the press, Prince William had enough cause to sue because Katie had been on a private vacation on a communal court. She was awarded $7,129 in damages and promptly donated it to charity.

Still, William believed that someone in Katie's family or social circle may have been tipping off reporters and photographers, because the paparazzi continued to track down the couple.

Sandra Bullock Living Normal

Sandra Bullock is ready to get back being normal she told the audience at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards. Sandra Bullock looked amazing when she walked up on the stage. Her hair was tucked neatly away off her face, and she glowed as if she had been treated to a month-long mud bath, Shrek style. In decades past, tribal prints, beading and native-inspired jewelry were predominantly associated with gypsies and hippies; but the latest crop of tribal style popping up in runways and glossy editorials everywhere is more “exotic glam” than “nomadic wanderer”.

With fabulous ikat prints, colorful embroidery and beading, and earthy tones as benchmarks of this modern-day tribal trend, it’s easy to incorporate it into any summertime ensemble. The trick to this look is to embrace pattern. Whether you do so using a more neutral color palette like khakis, browns and mauves, or whether you go for bolder, brighter tones, this look really evokes an exotic, faraway feel that’s miles away from the average.

This boho-tribal look has long been a favorite of celeb trend-setters like Nicole Richie and Sienna Miller.  If you’re a newbie to this trend or just want to dabble in some native style, a good way to add a dash of exotic is through tribal-inspired jewelry, shoes and handbags. Wearing a statement necklace or an intricately ornamented clutch can go a long way to adding interest to even the simplest of outfits.

Clothing in Pop Culture Film: Doris Day - Pretty in Pink

Before Molly Ringwald was Pretty in Pink, there was Doris Day in Pillow Talk. Doris Day was pretty and pretty chic in pink pajamas, dresses with matching coats and gloves and high heels. In a modern world where super hero characters are known for wearing the same costume for an entire flick, in the days of Doris, an actress’ revolving door wardrobe was her greatest sidekick.

Miss Match
While Doris Day’s wardrobe was a little too happy matching for today’s runway of mis-matched patterns, there is no denying that she was the epitome of swanky femininity, with a wardrobe fitting for an interior designer. Her hats matched her coats and gloves, which matched her dresses. Her coats had inner linings that were meant to be seen, not hidden away under a row of wide buttons.

Cozy Pink
Even in bed or lounging about at home, Doris Day was a picture of femininity. Her pink pajamas , both girly and modest, were also chic. A girl needs a good pair of pajamas, particularly if she expects to be taken out of bed and carried down the streets of New York City, by a burly Rock Hudson, or her own leading man, as Doris Day was in Pillow Talk.

Bottoms Up
The foundation of every chic Doris Day outfit is a stellar pair of pumps . A pair of ivory pumps, with a high heel and silver buckle will dress up any outfit, adding instant femininity a la Doris Day. For a modern approach, the shiny blue option will match perfectly with the blueberry blue of the upcoming fashion season.

Down With Love Fashion Tribute
The 2003 movie Down With Love paid tribute to Doris Day, Pillow Talk and the romping romantic comedies of the 1960s. Despite some plot and dialogue pitfalls, Rene Zellwegger pulled off the Doris Day guide to the feminine and chic, complete with matching outfits and lots of pastel hues. In her plaid white and pink skirt, she joined the ranks of Doris and Molly and was pretty in pink.
