Another actress has called it quits with her husband due to infidelity. Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon has filed from divorce from her husband of almost nine years, Mike Nilon. Back in April of this year, the actress publicly accused Nilon of cheating on her. She even went as far as to send an email to everyone who he worked with at CAA agency blasting him for his infidelity. The title of the email was "Tiger Woods/Jesse James/Mike Nilon." The email she sent to her husband's colleagues read, "What do they have in common... I found out today that MY husband of almost 9 yrs has been having an affair for 5 yrs... I am devastated!!!! And I have been duped!! Our boys don't deserve this!" The couple has twin boys who are 2 years old. After the email she sent made its rounds in several tabloids, Garcelle stated "My focus at this time is on my kids and healing the pain. There will be no further comment." The actress cited irreconcilable differences on the divorce papers.

Another celebrity who may be heading for divorce is Charlie Sheen, but not until he serves his 30 days in jail. Sheen plans on pleading no contest to charges stemming from his fight with his wife Brooke Mueller on Christmas Day. Following his hearing, he will be sentenced to 30 days jail in Aspen's Pitkin County Jail. According to inside sources, Sheen chose this route so that he could avoid being hit with probation. The source says, "Sheen and his people are worried that if he were to get into more trouble, that he'd almost surely go to prison. By taking responsibility for what he did in Aspen, and agreeing to a no-probation resolution, he'll be able to sleep a little easier." The actor is preparing for his jail stay and even had his lawyer ask jail officials if they would lift the no smoking ban for Sheen. Thankfully, an official said, "No special exceptions will be made for him." Hopefully Charlie will think twice about what he does after he serves jail time. It appears to only be a matter of time before Brooke and Charlie divorce, as well.

Meanwhile, Megan Fox has been badmouthing director Michael Bay, despite PR statements that her departure was amicable.

Which beaches do top celebrities prefer? Halle Berry was spotted on the shores of Miami, wearing a bikini as blue as the Miami ocean. She wore a long black cover up with diamond shapes, which was sheer enough to see the bright blue bikini and her impossible shape. Meanwhile, Brad and Angelina enjoyed the shores of Malibu, where Heidi Montag is said to be looking for a new home, sans her crystal-loving and loopy husband. The separation (not divorce) has been confirmed.

Wearing a yellow bikini, Sheryl Crow enjoyed the crashing waves in the Bahamas with her 3-year-old son, who was rocking his own style in a Buzz Lightyear suit and blue sunglasses.

Beyonce, Christina Aguilera and now 17-year-old Miley Cyrus have all hit the stage with leotard-like outfits, heels and no pants. Miley hit the stage in Lisbon, Portugal, in a shiny olive green leotard, peep toe heels and studded leather jacket.

Celine Dion, 42, is happy to announce that she is pregnant with twins. This time around, Celine Dion's IVF took and she's hoping for the best after suffering a previous miscarriage. She has passed the three-month mark and is doing everything she can to have a healthy pregnancy. Dion currently has a 9-year-old son, Rene-Charles.

Socialite Paris Hilton has called it quits with her boy toy of the last year, Doug Reinhardt. Just like her past relationships with men like Paris Latsis, Stavros Niarchos, and Nick Carter, Paris gave Doug the ole boot out the door. The couple had been dating for a little over a year, and Paris had even said that she could imagine herself marrying Doug. Something must have gone wrong, but it must not faze Reinhardt that much. Doug, who has dated The Hills alum Lauren Conrad as well as actress Amanda Bynes, was seen kissing a woman while attending the Night Vision/All Points Oasis party only days after the breakup was announced. I guess the best cure for a breakup is finding a rebound girl? We'll have to wait a few weeks to see who Doug and Paris decide to latch onto this time.

How would you like to receive $2 million to sing at a wedding? I'm sure just about every DJ, band, or wedding singer would kill for a chance for that type of money. Well, apparently all Beyonce has to do for $2 million is to sing at the wedding of Chief Mike Adenuga Jr's daughter. The billionaire from Nigeria has reportedly hired Beyonce to sing at his daughter Bella Adenuga's wedding to Jameel Disu and is paying her a cool $2 million to do so. It's unknown how long Beyonce will be performing at the wedding and what type of performance she will put on. Do you really think that Beyonce is worth $2 million for a few hours of singing?

One has to wonder how a celebrity who makes over a million dollars for one movie can be in debt to the tune of over $600,000. Apparently Lindsay Lohan is broke and not only owes back due rent of $23,000 but also owes more than $600,000 in credit card debt. An inside source says that the actress has had at least one credit card cut her off, and the company is prepared to sue her for the money if she does not pay up. Now, even though Lindsay has not been in a good movie in quite some time, how do you spend all that money she made? I have my suspicions where the money went and I am sure a lot of other people are thinking the same thing.

Charlie Sheen's latest wife, Brook Mueller checking herself into a drug and alcohol rehab center in North Carolina. While she claims that she is there to help recover from pneumonia, it has been reported that her immune system was weakened to the point of infection by previous substance abuse. Her representatives have gone out of their way to stress that her visit does not mean she's actually in rehab versus visiting rehab, but many people are questioning what the difference is.

There is just no stopping James Cameron's Avatar. Avatar has officially become the world's highest grossing movie of all time, knocking out the previous champion, James Cameron's Titanic. After sweeping the Golden Globes, Avatar is on track for several Oscars, including some say, a nomination for Best Picture. If it wins, it would be the first science fiction/fantasy movie ever to earn the award.

The words "classy" and "Jersey Shore" don't really seem to go together; however Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi of MTV's hit train wreck series has allegedly turned down an offer to be interviewed by Jerry Springer, claiming that she is too classy for his type of program. The cast of Jersey Shore is known for their blatant reinforcement of negative Italian-American stereotypes, and to watch the show, one would think that Snooki would feel right at home on Springer's set. Maybe the cast of Jersey Shore is growing up a little, but with reports of fellow cast mate Jenni Farley having naked pictures being shopped around, it's more likely that fame is starting to go to Miss Polizzi's head. 

Finally, John Travolta has set aside his Hollywood dealings for a moment to help with the Haitian relief effort. Instead of donating some spare change or giving a speech, he loaded up his private Boeing 707 with over six tons of medical supplies and food. Travolta, a licensed pilot, then flew the supplies to Haiti himself. Once the supplies had been delivered, Travolta was back in the states, ready to promote his new movie, From Paris With Love.

Kevin Federline is coming out and admitting that the reason he put on so much weight was because he was depressed. It all started with his very public divorce from Britney Spears in 2006 and escalated from there. He told Access Hollywood, "Once you get depressed, you don't really feel like doing anything. You're kind of discouraged about yourself and then the weight gain too, or that makes me more depressed. ... I mean, it's a combination of all of those things." He also admits that his whole situation with Britney being public made it worse on him but does take responsibility saying "just not being happy with myself" was the biggest cause of his weight gain and depression. Federline has turned his life around after appearing on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club. Not only has he slimmed down but says that he can now be friends with Spears, whom he shares two kids with. He says, "I'm really happy the way that my life is going right now." It's great that he can fit into a smaller pants size, but when is he going to get a job to support all his kids?

Is Gerard Butler sick of all the rumors that he is getting intimate with his Bounty Hunter co-star Jennifer Aniston? Could that be why he was seen making out with a random woman in Venice Beach? Gerard spent some time in Venice Beach with friends and attended a private benefit for Haiti but made time for some fun afterwards. While making his way back to his car at the end of the night, he must have recognized a street performer and chatted her up. Minutes later the two were seen making out on the street as she held her violin. Butler then left in his car but not after throwing some money into the woman's case. Aniston was nowhere to be seen. So who was this woman? Right now nobody seems to know and maybe Gerard doesn't even know.

Can celebrities really be friends after a breakup? Justin Timberlake reconnected with ex-girlfriend Cameron Diaz at the Hope for Haiti Now telethon and looked to be actually quite friendly. The two dated for four years and broke off the relationship in 2007. Cameron and Justin did have quite a messy breakup, as Justin didn't waste time finding a new girl after Cameron. Justin started dating Jessica Biel very shortly after his and Cameron's breakup and the two have been dating ever since. According to several reports Jessica and Justin have an on-again-off-again relationship that both of them refuse to comment on. Just a few months ago friends of the couple spoke out saying that Justin ended the relationship but the two of them have made a few appearances together since. From the backstage pictures of the event it appears that Cameron has forgiven Justin and is quite friendly with him. I wonder how Jessica feels about this?

Could singer Carrie Underwood be pursuing an acting career? The singer joked on her blog that she was going to quit singing and become a "professional sitcom actress." Although she may not be abandoning the country music scene anytime soon, she did film a guest starring role on the hit show How I Met Your Mother. Carrie guest stars as Tiffany, a sales rep and a new possible love interest for Josh Radnor's character Ted. The American Idol winner wrote on her blog, "I got to hang out with the whole cast, dress up like a flight attendant, play a cavewoman, and had a baby pig poop on me...jealous?" Carrie also wrote that she had "a blast" and that the show's cast and crew, "made me feel right at home and were super nice and great with me and my lack of experience." Carrie's episode will air in March and can be seen on CBS.

Despite all the proposal and engagement rumors regarding Britney Spears and Jason Trawick, apparently the couple is not engaged and Jason did not propose. A source that is close to the couple says that Jason never proposed and did not leave Australia because Britney turned down the proposal. The couple is "very happy" but has no immediate plans for marriage right now. The couple has been dating for around 6 months and Jason decided to pay Britney a visit while she was performing on her "Circus" tour in Australia. Jason headed back to Los Angeles before Thanksgiving but that had nothing to do with a fight or denied proposal as he simply had work to do. The source added that Jason actually "spent more time in Australia than originally planned." Jason is Britney's manager and also has other clients as well. It looks like we will have to wait awhile longer for another Britney wedding.

According to Kate Garraway from London's Good Morning Television, the rumors that Mariah Carey is a diva are definitely true. When the singer/actress appeared on the show to promote her movie Precious, she had nothing but extravagant demands. Kate says that Mariah demanded that two of her entourage members lower her onto the couch so that her dress did not get wrinkled or crushed. Kate told Now! Magazine, "While Mariah was very nice, the amount of people she had in her entourage was hilarious. They outnumbered the entire GMTV crew." The TV host even said that Mariah brought her own toilet paper roll. These are not the first accusations that Mariah has diva-like behavior, but Mariah says, "I am baffled, shocked and appalled when I am called a diva. I've never done a diva-ish thing in my life." The singer's rep also called Kate's claims a "gross exaggeration." For several years now people have accused Mariah of being a diva at events but maybe they have all been exaggerating?

The late night talk show drama rages on, with Jay Leno, Conan O'Brien and even Jimmy Fallon tangled in the mix. For those who missed it, NBC decided to oust Conan O'Brien from his relatively new 11:35 p.m. spot in late night television when the previously retired Jay Leno decided he no longer wanted to be on at 10:00 p.m. The problem? O'Brien was not willing to give up his shiny new spot on late night television after only seven months to have his show run sometime after midnight. And, contractually, the 11:35 p.m. spot was his. Hilarity ensued when Conan used his show as a vehicle to bash NBC-- nightly. Now, Conan and NBC have apparently worked out a deal that will have Conan exiting shortly and being replaced by Leno. But fans are not happy about the change, going so far as to conduct a rally march on the NBC headquarters. According to the apparent outline of Conan's deal with NBC, he can't trash talk the network on his show anymore and can take a deal with another network, but will lose at least some of his contract money from NBC. And, due to the fuzzy details of the Conan/NBC deal, speculation is running high as to when, or if, Conan will be starring on a FOX network show.

Just when it seemed no one could care any less, The Hills starlet Heidi Montag is opening up about her most recent project: getting 10 plastic surgery procedures done in one day. In response to accusations that she is addicted to plastic surgery, Montag told Good Morning America, "I'm not addicted. If I were addicted, I would have had 10 plastic surgeries." Um, Heidi? You did have 10 procedures performed - in one day. Unfortunately for Heidi, plastic surgery doesn't raise your IQ.

In his apparent quest to bed every female in Hollywood, pop singer John Mayer may have finally done something he regrets. In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Mayer called himself an "a-hole" for having dumped Jennifer Aniston, 40. "I've never really gotten over it", he says. The 32-year-old musician has been linked to several other female celebs, including Jennifer Love-Hewitt, Jessica Simpson and more.
