Have you ever hard boiled eggs and found out that the center was not fully cooked or the yolk is an ugly green color? Not to worry. With the Chef’s Choice Gourmet Egg Cooker, your eggs will be perfect every time. Prepare up to seven hard boiled eggs at a time or three poached eggs. With the Vari-cook dial on the front of the cooker, you can cook eggs for different likings in your household. So if someone wants soft boiled, cook them up and continue with the hard boiled. Poached eggs come out perfect as well. I like mine a little more cooked than the average person, so I pop the yolk before cooking. I know, I know, that not a poached egg.
This cooker is so easy to use. Just add about ¾ cup of water to the reservoir, place the rack with your eggs (1-7) on the cooker, cover and select your doneness. Once turned on, the cooker will let you know when the eggs are at the proper doneness with a loud beep. Go ahead and get ready for work while your eggs are cooking, no need to worry about the pan boiling dry. Enjoy a freshly cooked egg that is made to perfection.
