Our Zappos Wishez Fairies granted another wish! This time, the recipient was Rockne H. from our ZCLT team. Rockne loves our Zappos KY family so much, he put in a wish to go to the KY Holiday Party this year.

With a wave of a fairy wand, and a couple of generous Zapponians, Rockne got his wish!

ZCLT Inc. hosted a happy hour and made a super cool silent movie recognizing their departments top performers. ZCLT Inc. is in charge of handling all of the external customer interactions (customer phone calls , emails , tweets, etc.) as well as providing support to internal customers (other team members) if they need assistance handling any transactions or orders .
