The Zappos Family had its Q4 All Hands Meeting yesterday and it was one for the ages. Galen Hardy gave a heartfelt speech to the audience about his recovery and we welcomed Robert Lang, professional origami artist, as our guest speaker. Lang explained the power of broadening your talents to help in sectors you've never considered. He explained how he has applied origami to helping space telescopes launch into space. This meeting was very special to the Zappos Family as we said farewell to our CFO, Alfred Lin. Alfred is heading back to the bay to work in venture capitalism, a dream he has wanted to pursue for years. The dance number will go down as a "Most Memorable Moment" from 2010 for sure.
